Fish Cabin at Mountain View Retreat

Peaceful location. Nice view as well. Room was well-stocked with all needs and then some. Short drive to the Talamena scenic highway, an absolutely beautiful drive.

What a great experience! I was traveling for work in Talihina and stayed here and it was an excellent experience. Was so quiet and peaceful just to relax after work with nothing but nature to listen to. The cabin was very clean and relaxing. I have already decided I will be bringing my wife back here for a relaxing getaway very soon.

Great property, excellent views, very comfortable and welcoming cabin. Has all the basic necessities for just bringing your family, plan your gatherings and meals, don’t really have to worry about anything.

This is a wonderful cabin to run away to for a weekend. The setting is beautiful with a nice walking trail and such peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the porch and just had a great time. Accommodations were perfect for the two of us (and one little dog). Thanks for a great stay!!Megan

This was the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever rented. It was the perfect size for us and extremely quiet. We will stay there again!

The cabin was so cute. It was immaculately clean. Everything we needed was provided. I even noticed the slight sweet smell the sheets had. I was very happy with the property outside as well. Beautiful scenery.

We stayed in this cozy studio cabin over the weekend and absolutely loved it! It was peaceful and quiet, with breathtaking views all around. The covered porch was perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. We were on the go with friends during our stay, but we’re already looking forward to coming back and relaxing more — especially around the firepit while taking in those stunning views.

The place was very clean, exactly as described and has good outdoor areas. It was perfect for 2 adults and our dogs!

The property is beautiful! Very welcoming! The cabin was spotless and the host very kind and accommodating!

The check in process was super easy, and the manager provided directions before we left which were great! My pups and I really enjoyed the stay! Great lodging for checking out the Talimena Byway which is the definitely worth the drive!
