Stayed Dec 26, 2024Absolutely loved this place. My family and I enjoyed our stay here surrounded by the beautiful scenery with nice privacy. It is a ways into the mountain but it was definitely worth it. I would recommend this stay to others and would definitely be interested in rebooking for the future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is worth the drive! A great escape from the city with breathtaking views. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Our kids loved seeing so many deer at sunset as well as walking down to the creek to see the flowing water. Everything around this property is gorgeous and the cabin itself is warm and spacious and great for a family trip.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at the house over New Years weekend with 2 other couples . The house provided us with plenty of room and amazing views. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, and all utensils making cooking easy. We were disappointed to find the coffee pot missing. There was a Keurig but no mention of that, so our ground coffee was not useful. The house is definitely up the mountain. Beautiful views and some hiking is there but driving the steep and winding road is necessary if you want to go to specific sights or in to town.

Stayed Dec 2, 2022This was a nice cabin....it was very cold outside and we were able to stay warm and cozy inside. The only drawback is the time it takes to come down the mountain on the winding dirt road then the winding paved road. If you're going into town a lot as we were, this can get annoying, but if you plan to hang out in the cabin, it would be very desirable and spacious.
