Nice little quiet and peaceful cottage off the beaten trail, literally. Friendly owners and animals that are very welcoming. A true gem that was a refreshing upgrade to staying at a hotel.

Host was very pleasant and helpful. The place was very clean and well stocked with some goodies like farm fresh eggs. Perfect size for one or two people. Bed was comfy and we had a nice heater which kept us nice and toasty. I cannot say enough good about this place everything was perfect.

Emily and her husban are exelent hosts. Welcoming, charming and helpful. Everything was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and fantastic.

The house is very nice. However the air conditioning is super loud also there should be a sofa with a back. Enjoyed the food especially the bread and honey Emily gifted to us!

We love farm style living and have acreage and animals of our own so we fit right in. My wife especially enjoyed feeding the goats and sheep and viewing the other animals. Emily was a super friendly and efficient host providing everything we could want or need, including firewood, chocolates to greet us with and even animal crackers to feed the animals. Overall it was a wonderful and quiet place to stay and I would definitely recommend it to others. 5 stars!!!

Perfect little getaway. So peaceful and the host thought of every little detail! Fresh eggs in the refrigerator and cute animal chocolates were just perfect little touches. Near the airport and Lancaster but tucked away in the most peaceful little spot. The host was quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely return!

The cabin was clean, cozy and quiet, set amid a working farm, surrounded by fields and lanes good for walking. The farm is on a hilltop with a 360 degree vista. The animals were a treat, including the goats, turkey, rabbits and longhorn steers !! A nice getaway.

Adorable little cottage with peaceful surroundings. Host was very gracious and attentive. Farm was beautiful and we loved feeding the goats and seeing all the animals. Beginning of laying mulch season so the flies were around but the host provides all you need to deal with them. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was bigger than expected. Emily was very easy to communicate with and kind enough to let us snuggle a baby goat. All around good place to stay and to come back to

Fantastic place! Very clean, cozy bed, great shower. Close to many attractions, then at the end of the day, this property is exactly what we needed. Sun rise is beautiful and hearing the sheep made it more special. Host is excellent with communication and recommendations. You definitely want to stay here!

We had a great stay here! The hosts were warm and gracious, and the animals were such a treat. The jacuzzi tub was immaculate and the kitchen area was so thoughtfully laid out. The mattress on the bed felt pillowy soft. Definitely planning to return!

Tub was perfect. Hosts were caring and checked in consistently. Really loved speaking to them. Got to meet all then animals on the farm. Twin sheep were born while we were there. They were extremely cute. I recommend this place.

Emily & Craig were fantastic hosts! This was the second stay for my daughter and me, and they have been consistently welcoming, caring, thoughtful, attentive and generous hosts. The cabin is so cozy and adorable! We especially enjoyed the fresh eggs and the fire pit. The farm animals are the sweetest. We had plenty of time with them and enjoyed every minute. We highly recommend this little slice of Heaven!

Booked this trip as a gift for my parents. They absolutely loved it! Emily was such a great host. Very responsive and provided recommendations for things for my parents to do in the area. My parents said the cabin was adorable and loved the animals outside. They even fed the goats! I think it was a successful gift and I would love to go up myself one day

Getting to play with and feed the goats was THE highlight of the trip. Our guest was more than accommodating, especially after we accidentally locked ourselves out. The cabin was clean, warm and had everything we needed and more. We also enjoyed the farm fresh eggs for breakfast on Sunday morning. The cabin was an easy drive from everywhere we had reservations for dinner (1933 Log Cabin at the catacombs at Bube’s), the antique shops in Columbia, and the the Susquehanna River where my fiancé found more cool rocks for her collection. Needless to say, I highly recommend this Vrbo as a great quaint and quiet place to stay in the Lancaster area!

The Cottage was clean and cozy and made very welcoming by Emily and Craig. Highly recommend this get away for anyway wanting to be able to get away and relax and feel like they are at home at the same time.

It was absolutely relaxing and a gorgeous farm. It was my first time using vrbo or any app of its kind and Emily thought of everything. It was thoughtfully stocked and all of the little touches- fresh eggs in the fridge to homemade chocolate made it even better.

Amazing farm experience in a comfortable, well appointed cabin with use of a huge, clean pool. Had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet break from stifling noisy city congestion and traffic.

Amazing property, quaint “middle of nowhere” feel with amenities like AC and luxury bathroom. The host family gives you privacy, but are also super helpful and sweet! The cabin is very clean and has anything you’ll need!

We came there for a mini getaway. I'll start by saying, ABSOLUTELY SERENE! We were immediately greeted by Zeke and Mickey (the farm cats). The cabin was cozy, quiet and perfect! It was so fun to take my 13 year-old granddaughter to this farm. She loved farm animals and the whole setting. It was also just the right size for the two of us. Emyily was a great host. Anytime I had an inquiry she was very efficient and answering and very kind.

This is a super cute cabin on the same proper as the owner’s home and farm. They have adorable bunnies, goats and sheep that love attention and animal crackers. We chose this cabin as the last 4 days of our vacation, with the first 5 days in NYC. It’s an easy drive from NYC to this cute cabin and talk about a different experience between the two! My husband and I both caught a virus in NYC and were pretty ill the entire stay, but the cabin, while secluded and in the country, is only a few minutes to every major convenience we needed, including an urgent care. With a couple of very short excursions to get food and meds we stayed in the cabin the entire 4 days. It was totally comfortable for the two of us and we were happy to be there while we relaxed and recovered. Emily and Craig are friendly and helpful, but not at all intrusive. Thanks for such a comfortable environment!

We loved our stay from Wednesday to Sunday. Emily kept in touch with me if I had a question she responded right back, and even offered for us to stay longer at no expense pass checkout if we needed. The only bad experience I had was coming from Florida at 95 weather to Pennsylvania weather at 45 and rainy for most of our trip. We had one good sunny day, but it was still cold but we enjoyed it we would go back.

This was my second stay. This quiet setting surrounded by happy farm animals is a joy! The rain kept us limited, but spending time with the baby lambs and goats made up for the weather.

The hosts were wonderful and willing to work with me when I needed a last-minute stay. I even got to feed a baby goat, which was only one of the highlights of this place. It was quiet my whole weekend and close to everything I needed. I will definitely be back and tell everyone I know that Emily is the best host and this is THE place to stay in the area!

I took my adult daughter to this lovely farm for her birthday getaway weekend, and it was everything we could have dreamed and more! Emily and Craig were so incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the very first moment of our arrival, we felt like we were in heaven. The cabin is delightful, clean, cozy, and bathed in golden light. It was perfect for the two of us, and the bathroom is far larger and more luxurious than one would expect. We spent so much time enjoying their sweet, friendly farm animals. The highlight of our stay was holding two-day-old little twin goat kids, with proud mama Rosie goat looking on proudly. Whatever we needed, we had immediately, from delicious fresh eggs in the fridge to a firepit ready to go (roasted hotdogs never tasted better). We were close enough to everything but far enough away to leave stress behind us and soak in the country beauty, the mountain views, the fresh air, and the pure serenity of Lancaster area farmland. Wherever we went, people were kind, welcoming, and generous.We are definitely returning, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you, Emily and Craig for making us feel so at home and welcome! We LOVED our stay!!!

The property was awesome. We had such a peaceful stay enjoying every second in the cabin and with the animals. The cats were so sweet and the goats were so funny eating the animal crackers. The host was so kind and communicated with us every second. It snowed during our stay and they didnt hesitate to clear off our car and make walkways for our safety. A great place for a romantic weekend

I can’t say enough about our stay at the farm. Our 1st day we were greeted by Emily (Farm owner), she gave us a quick rundown and basically said have fun! We had a blast! Our 2nd day we got to meet Craig (Emily’s husband) and he was just as awesome as her. Everything was perfect and there is NOT one thing I would have changed. My partner & I loved our weekend farmstay! Craig & Emily were responsive prior to our stay, and so friendly. The cabin was adorable & we loved being on the farm. I cannot recommend it enough if you want to get away.

The cabin was just as described and nicer than anticipated. Loved the friendly cats and all the farm animals. The weather was not perfect but it was a nice peaceful getaway and enjoyed having coffee on the front porch. The keurig was a pleasant surprise.

Was a beautiful little stay in the countryside!

What a beautiful setting for this charming cabin! We traveled to the Hershey RV show and rie bikes on the beautiful river trail. It was an ideal location!
