Family-friendly spacious cabin in gated community overlooking the NRG Bridge

This cabin is huge! The host has provided every amenity and it was very clean. It's very secluded, although somewhat dark inside because it's surrounded by huge trees. We enjoyed everything about it. However they are building a house next door and there was construction noise from 7:30 in the morning till 7:00 at night. I expect that will be temporary and then it will go back to being quite quiet. It's very convenient to town and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place.

Great house that is convenient to all that New River Gorge has to offer. One of the most well equipped homes I have ever stayed in. We were lucky and even saw a bear about 100 yards from the house. If you like the outdoors this is the spot for a family get away. This area offers a lot to see and do.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and more. We loved the location. So convenient for exploring Fayetteville and New River Gorge. Our host Julie was so very helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Julie was very responsive and made everything very simple.Anything you could need was available in the cabin.The only suggestion we had was to possibly label the light switches...there are a lot of them

This mountain home was gorgeous! It has many amenities! We enjoyed the fire pit with available firewood! The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the indoor fireplace.

I end up renting VRBO properties 2 or 3 times a year in various states for trips with family and friends. There is almost always something that isn't quite right, or doesn't go well. Not here. A wonderful property, just as advertised. I couldn't believe our luck. From the clear instructions and easy entry sent to us several days before we arrived, to the firm mattresses and plentiful pillows on the beds, the big kitchen suited to our eat-in group of cooks and helpers, the blankets draped over the living room chairs (we arrived at the start of a cold snap), to the little s'mores kit left for us on the kitchen counter, the owners thought of nearly everything to make our say a very pleasant one. We would rent it again in a heartbeat.

The house was very clean and well stocked. The had books for travel ideas, restaurants, etc in the area that was very helpful. There was a ton of space with lots of small extras that most other places don't include. For instance a welcome treat of smores to make with the firepit. One minor downside was the house was set to 55 degrees when we arrived to save energy so it took 2-3 hours to warm up after we arrived.

This is a fantastic place to stay! Truly is family friendly! Julie was so wonderful to communicate and very quick to respond. We had two toddlers and virtually no child proofing was needed. Everything you could need is provided. Highly recommend.

Place was great! Set up for large party but gave privacy. Loved everything about it-family dinner went off with no issues.

Great home in a beautiful neighborhood. Modern updated comfortable interior and true log exterior. We came into the area to boat on Summersville lake and raft the lower New. Check in was seamless. The house was perfect and all of the pictures are accurate.

We had a family of 11 ranging in age from late 60s to an 8 month old infant - three families in total. It was a fantastic place for our family to spend time together. Plenty of room to explore, beautiful neighborhood, great location near both the attractions and amenities like restaurants and grocery stores. The owner was incredibly responsive and communicative. We would love to come back! The only minor issue is my mom has some mobility issues so the stairs into the home were a little challenging.

We stayed here with another close family. Spacious vacation stay in a beautiful location with plenty in the area to keep the kids busy too. House was very clean and the communication with the property manager was excellent too. We'd love to come back again in the future!

We loved our stay in Fayetteville. The house was gorgeous and just as listed; the outdoor areas were also clean and kid friendly. There were way more supplies (firewood, garbage bags, detergent) than most rentals would have. Julie was really communicative and had clearly put a lot of effort into the home. The only issue we had was the tv would frequently disconnect from the internet, but otherwise everything was perfect.

This is our 2nd stay at this home. Julie is great to work with, we had a little trouble with getting our house code to work however Julie handled it in moments. There were also a couple of fire detectors needing to have batteries replaced, again handled with property manager and his team which are very responsive and professional.

We had a great time and the property was great! The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back. The viewing area of the bridge is an awesome perk!

The property is very nice and very well maintained. The cleaning between guests was perfect and we appreciated that the home was well-stocked with towels and paper products. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The owner was fast with communication and gave us all the check-in details well in advance. I highly recommend!

It was a great place, at a beautiful location. Property was very clean and well equipped. Everything about the property was exactly what the description as it was listed. Very close to the visitor center and all activities. We had a great time, highly recommend this place. Only wish they had one more trash bag that's all.
