An amazing time! The game room was a constant source of laughter!!

Was a great cozy cabin for my wife and I we came here for our wedding anniversary and had a blast, very friendly and easy hosts and wonderful relaxing time here.

This place was great. Smaller than the pictures show but still plenty of room for 6 adults. House was very clean. Game room was fun for all. Had great communication with the host and he was very helpful. Had plenty if room for parking.

Perfect lake home getaway!Our family including the little ones had great time at this property. With the game room, fire pit, beach, paddle board and pontoon, there was something for everyone! We loved the enclosed glass room overlooking the lake. Beautiful sunsets. We will stay here again

We had a wonderful five-night stay this August. The house was lovely and clean. The kitchen had what we needed (e.g. appliances, pots, cutting boards, containers for leftovers). The game room was great--we did not use it as much as I thought we might but that was because the weather was so good we spent most of our time at the lake!If you are thinking of staying here, a few things it is useful to know:1. The lake is very clear. The DNR website I found listed it as somewhat clear, but it was very clear. Look down from the house windows and see fish swimming in the shallows clear. 2. The lake is fairly shallow a fair way out (which could be particularly nice if you have young children). The bottom at this property is sandy.3. There is a boat launch not far from the property. If you had kayaks, this would be a great lake to kayak and launching from the boat launch would be easy. On the other hand, we simply used the two paddleboards and enjoyed that a lot.4. As the pictures show, there are a lot of steps from the lake to the house. The steps are solid and easy to navigate. There area railings on both sides the whole way up.5. Randy was great to work with. He called while we were on our way with some additional helpful information about the house and to answer any questions we had. He was also very responsive to texts while we were at the property (we had a couple of questions about where to find things).We would definitely return to this place!

We stayed for a week and had a blast. Lots of things for the kids to do, and we especially enjoyed the beach, fishing, basketball, and relaxing. Very responsive owner.

We absolutely loved the property. Rick provided a well stocked kitchen and the beds were extremely comfortable. The listing was very accurate & Rick answered any and all questions promptly. We highly recommend adding the pontoon to your rental. It was nice to putter around the lake. We lived on the lake all day and played games in the sunroom all evening. The sunsets were insane the week that we were there.The weather was amazing so we didn't utilize the game room that much, but when we did use it, it was an absolute blast. There were 6 of us in our party ranging from 15-adult and everyone said they had the right balance of chill & fun. We hope to return.

The house is layed out perfectly with plenty of room and amenities for everyone. Very clean and comfortable. The lake is beautiful. We spent most our time fishing and swimming. Would definitely stay here again.

We traveled with two families of 4 and everyone had an amazing time! The game room was so much fun and it was a nice filler for everyone in-between all the swimming, fishing, and boating. My favorite part was cooking for the crew on the nice big Blackstone grill! The hosts were so friendly and welcoming we can’t wait to book our next trip here!

Everything was clean and ready for us!! Rick was super helpful. My family and my sisters family had the best time here and will definitely be back!!

We had a blast at Rick's property! Everything was as advertised. We rented the pontoon to cruise around the lake. It was very peaceful while we were there. The space was great for us. One couple in the upstairs Master and a couple 9 year old downstairs. Each level had a tv. We used the sauna daily. The game room was great especially on rainy days.the paddle boards and trampoline were a hit with the 9 year old.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We used the gas grill several times.The screened in porch has a great view of the lake and is where we had most of our meals. We would definitely stay again.

Our family of five had a fantastic weekend at this beautiful, well-maintained cabin. We enjoyed paddle boarding, fishing from the dock, swimming in the crystal-clear lake, and spending time in the game room playing ping pong, darts, Monopoly, and shuffleboard. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax. Mornings in the solarium were a treat—watching eagles and listening to loons was peaceful and memorable. Evenings around the Solo Stove fire pit, roasting marshmallows, were the perfect end to our days. Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun family escape!

What a beautiful property and to top it off the owner was in constant contact and very helpful even allowing early check in! All amenities provided- regular style coffee maker for those who need to know. Game room was perfect entertainment. Everything was so comfortable for a weekend away. Thank you!

My family and friends chose to stay here for our winter getaway to enjoy the Santa Train, and we had a memorable experience overall. Pros: -The game room was a huge hit and truly the highlight of our trip! -The home offers ample space for gathering, making it perfect for our group. -The kitchen was well-stocked, which made meal prep convenient. -We loved the beautiful views of the lake—a serene and scenic backdrop. -The wood-burning fireplace upstairs added a cozy touch that we thoroughly enjoyed. Cons: -We noticed some mice droppings around the home, but the owner informed us they are actively working with pest control to address this issue. -The air fresheners in the bedrooms were quite strong for the smaller spaces and could be a bit overwhelming. -The futon downstairs is located in the 4-season porch, which was too cold to use for sleeping during our stay. We ended up moving the mattress inside to the living room for better comfort. While there were a few challenges, the pros certainly made our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the game room and cozy fireplace, and we’re confident that the owner is addressing the minor issues for future guests. Thank you for hosting us!

We loved the property and we had everything we needed for our stay! The dock was perfect for sitting out and watching the sunset, the deck was awesome for eating outside and looking at the lake and we loved all the games in the game room. We highly recommend this place and we’d love to come back!

The owner was great with communication and the property was in a great location.

Rick was very helpful with the check-in process and giving us the rundown of the place. Our 3 and 1 year old daughters loved playing on the beach. There’s tons of sunfish that came right up to them in knee high water. My dad and I brought our boat and we caught a lot of northerns and bass. The game room was a hit! We played a lot of pinball and Pac-Man. Overall we had a great time.

Stayed over a long weekend in September for our second trip to this cabin. Rick, the host, was very helpful and gave us all the info we needed before we asked. Everybody loved the game room. The cabin was beautiful, very clean, with plenty of space for our party of eight. The fishing was outstanding and the lake was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend staying here.

Our family of four had a great long vacation at the property. House has everything that you need for a comfortable stay and a location that is hard to beat. Lake is clear with a sandy beach and a lot of activities that you can do on it. The owner is easy to reach and always available to help and make your stay comfortable.

This property was great for our two families. We only had one beach day which was a bummer because the water and swimming area were great! Could’ve easily floated all week long if Mother Nature had cooperated. On the cooler days, we made use of the game room. A lot of darts were played, and the ping pong table , and Ms. PAC Man also roped us in! Rick was a great communicator,and very responsive to questions. Thanks for a lovely stay.
