This home can experience inclement weather in the winter months. A guest may need to utilize an all-wheel or front-wheel drive/high clearance vehicle to access the home, depending upon recent snowfall or rainfall. All efforts possible are provided to ensure homes are easily accessible, but we still recommend that guests purchase travel insurance if there are any worries about experiencing northern Arizona winter weather.
Good location that’s quiet.
It is an adorable little property and we were excited to stay. Great fenced in back yard for our dog in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We had two main complaints. First was the cleanliness outside. We arrived to spiderwebs all over the front porch and covering the back patio including the dining table and chairs. We understand it is the woods but still there were more than one would expect. This leads to the second complaint. We were trying to eat outside the night we arrived because the temperature was 87-88 in the cabin. Again we understand it is in the mountains but the airflow was not great. We would recommend a portable az unit of some kind to help in the summer months. There were fans but they were not cutting it. Also beware that the front door is tricky. It is odd the way you need to hold the handle to lock it. Not they just tricky. Overall we enjoyed it those small things just added a few challenges and extra steps to our relaxing weekend.
Sweet cabin with welcoming staff that communicated quickly. Loved the kitchen—made it easy to cook for the family. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful scenery.
The stay was great. Only worried about the door handle on front door
This was a perfect spot for my wife and I to get away for the week. The house is located in a quite neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but easily accessible to Flagstaff and Sedona, and only an easy 2 hr drive to the Grand Canyon. We loved our morning coffee time on the covered front porch! The house is clean and well appointed. It has 2 twin beds in the upstairs loft that would make it a great place for a family with 2 kiddos. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and would stay here again on a return trip.
