Enjoy the mountain view @ Panoramic Point a modern cabin w/Hot Tub+Wifi+Gameroom

The cabin was very well equipped. If you have young kids, there is baby and toddler equipment and a great play area for a little olders ones. Sleeps four adults comfortably with each couple having their own bath. The only thing that was inconvenient was the fact that you have to take your trash to a convenience center. Nowhere to put it at the cabin. It is located just 4 miles from the cabin but makes check out a bit difficult because you have to take it there upon departing. Other than that, everything was top notch. Would highly recommend it and the location too. Franklin is a cute little town with some interesting shops and restaurants only 13 minutes away. We really enjoyed our New Years stay!

We had an amazing experience! Wonderful location, amazing views, plus everything you need to enjoy some time with family and friends. The guest couple that was with us downstairs said the power outlets in the bedroom weren't working (charge phones, etc) but we were all too busy hiking, enjoying the area, eating delicious home cooked meals, and relaxing in the hot tub to worry about it. If you're going with another couple, you may want to plan your showers as the hot water will dwindle if 4 adults take showers within the same hour. Also, bring your own firewood if you want to use the indoor fireplace. These are not complaints! The house had everything we needed and was perfect for a little getaway with our family and close friends. Our 5 year old daughter was so excited about her cabin house bed as well as the play kitchen and toys that were in the loft she had to herself. Thank you for giving us a homebase for an amazing trip to the mountains. Highly recommended for any small family or pair of couples looking for a calm and relaxing escape to beautiful WNC!

This place was great! Our family of four had everything we needed for the sweetest mountain getaway. The location of the cabin is perfectly situated and we enjoyed daytrips to the Smoky Mountains to the North and Highlands to the Southeast. The sleeping arrangement was perfect for suiting our needs: my teenage son enjoyed having the basement/game room king room and bathroom to himself, my 10 year old daughter had the play loft area to herself and loved sleeping in the cute little cabin bed, and my husband and I were comfortable with our king room on the main level between the 2 kids. All of the amenities were just as listed and everything was clean and stocked! The hot tub was clean and in great condition. The game room was also a hit with the pool/foosball table and the Pac-Man arcade game! With the windows and deck (and hot tub) facing West, we absolutely loved the beautiful sunsets over the mountains. The drive up was indeed narrow as other reviewers have noted but we had no issues driving up. We did discover that backing down the driveway was easier than pulling down straight. We cannot wait to book this cabin again!!

Everything about this cabin is “just right”! There is a space for everyone to do their own thing…whether it’s a playroom/sleep space in the loft to a game room downstairs. Or everyone can gather together in the main living area and deck.

Beautiful home, clean just as described the road up to it is quite narrow and driveway is steep otherwise perfect !

The name of the property panoramic point is the perfect description of this property! We had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house was clean and beautiful decorated, the owner has plenty of coffee pods and the snack basket was a hit for our son. There were great linens on the bed! Only complaint and I mean the ONLY complaint is the listing did not give warning to the drive up to the cabin the road is very narrow and the turn into the driveway was scary, we drive a large SUV and making the turn about ended in a very bad situation! We figured out if you back up and down the driveway it’s a lot safer. Other than that we had a great time.
