We very much enjoyed the home like feel of the property. It was more enjoyable than a motel room. Way more relaxing than a motel/hotel. Hot water tank is a little small for 4 people, but easily fixed with some thought on how to share the shower time.

A much needed getaway because my boyfriend was having some health issues and we just needed to get out of town last minute booking. The place was perfect clean, right price point. I can’t even speak high enough about how wonderful it is.

Handy to my brother’s cottage. Screen need fixing and picnic table needs painting.

We had a fantastic time! Cozy cabin just right for our two adult stay. Quiet and comfortable. The front porch was our favorite place to sit and enjoy our relaxation. You can hear the waves of the lake down the road. Highly recommend for a small family or a few friends getaway.

Great stay! Close to downtown and local golf courses. Just wish there was a AC, but it stayed pretty comfortable.

Our stay was very pleasant. The cabin was cute and cozy. There were a lot of updates to the cabin. It was comfortable. Our host Carissa was easy to contact and answered any questions or concerns promptly. Overall I would give a 9 out of 10.

Good location for Tawas area. Comfortable Beds. Clean. All amenities including laundry. Old school charming cabin with modern fixtures.

The property was very clean. The owner was able to ancer any questions we had right away. We also have an 8mo baby who really enjoyed when we opend the froont door so he could crawl out to the scrend in poarch and back. This place was just what we were looking for and we plan on coming back.

Great location, family friendly, and a beautiful lake across the dirt road. Didnt see access to the lake, but at 50 didn't need it. Was nice place.

This was the second year we stayed here for our yearly girls trip. I highly recommend staying here. The only setback is it is not on the water but it does have a small lake access. We loved it so much we booked for our 2025 trip already. Very clean. The properyy manager was very responsive if I had a question. Looking forward to 2025.

Nice and peaceful. About 15 minutes to the city downtown district or beaches.

We could have used information on control panal near front door for light and other unknown oprions. We also were not familiar with how the tv remote worked. Other than those things our stay was very good. I am sure the musty odor is to be expected in older cabin but if it could be reduced that might be nice.

everything was great, we really all enjoyed ourselves. The only thing i would change is a bigger bathroom, but that wasnt bad. Loved that stuff was stocked, dishwasher pods, coffee pods, foil, wax paper, dish soap hand soap . the host really thought of everything

We absolutely loved staying at Elm! The space is so charming & was perfect for my family of 4. We spent a lot of time on the enclosed patio, & the outdoor patio! You do have the noise of the highway, but that didn’t bother us too much. We also enjoyed walking down to the water & playing in the sand, before heading to the downtown beach for the day. The cabin was nestled perfectly between East Tawas & Oscoda.

This was a cute cabin to stay for a few days. You can see the modern touch that was put in with the decorating of the cabin which was nice. A little disappointed that it was not stated in the description no air conditioning. That put a damper on the sleeping for the week. Otherwise would recommend, just be aware there is the usual cabin smell to get used to.

We only stayed over night, very convenient easy to find great location.

Cute cabin with efficient use of space. Worked well for 3 adults. Comfortable beds! Interior seemed newly remodeled. Well equipped. Conveniently located to everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay. Hope to return!
