Eagles Nest Cabin REMOTE ESCAPE AWAY FROM EVERYTHING!

This was just what we needed! Cute, cozy cabin overlooking mountains and the river. Host was very responsive and professional. The bathroom might be a issue for people with mobility problems because there were some stairs, but the cabin had everything we needed. We will be back!

Incredible views! Perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend.

WOW! This place was beautiful. The bed was really comfortable, the AC was wonderful (it was 97 this past weekend), all in all we were so comfortable!! :) The pictures of the view do not do it justice! Sat in those two chairs after a swim at the river, PERFECT! Totally planning on coming back here. Everything was incredible. Also Steve is super fast at responding and very kind. I couldn't figure out the oven and he got right back to me (so my frozen pizza was A OK) :) The grill was awesome too! A few things to pass on- the river trail is easy to miss so follow his map posted on the wall! Also, since it is 20 miles away from downtown, we got groceries up the street at the Plain grocery store, and since its close it can be pricey, sun screen was 12 bucks!

Wonderful stay in this cozy little home up on the mountains. The view! The view is beautiful and peaceful. Close to activities, we went hiking, on a sleigh ride, and more. Leavenworth is about 25-30 minutes away. We didn't mind the drive because we wanted to be in serenity. Highly recommend for a couple looking to get away.

We didn’t spend much time at the property because we have a place in the area. It was used to sleep when we had other family in town. But it was very cute. Enjoyed time in the recliners taking in the view. I can see it being a wonderful and easy place to cook and such if you were staying longer. Communications with Steve were smooth and easy, very grateful! We would definitely recommend for a cozy get away.

We came to enjoy the view and walks in the neighborhood and weren’t disappointed.

The Eagles Nest is perfect for two. The setting is amazing, high above the Wentachee River about 9 miles outside Leavenworth. Great deck for morning and evening relaxation. The location is close to several great hikes and close enough to Leavenworth to drive in for shopping and meals out. Steve is a fabulous host and very responsive. We highly recommend this property!

You’ll never want to leave! Quaint cabin like home nestled in the trees overlooking the Wenatchee River with pretty much everything you could need. Very clean with comfortable bedding & furniture. Kitchen might be small but the owner uses every nook & cranky to ensure it is stocked with all the necessary items & a generous amount of coffee with creamer! WiFi worked great & while there were a plethora of dvd’s to choose from we opted to unplug & enjoy the patio/views & some games. Plain has a great little grocery store with yummy ice cream (huge portions!) & the Old Mill Cafe was delicious if you don’t want to cook breakfast or lunch. Leavenworth was a short trip away which made for a great activity, but it was nice to come back & get away from the busy hustle & bustle! Steve was really great & easy to communicate with. We will be back!

My Wife and i loved this cabin. It is very cozy and comfortable. The bed is amazing. He has a very nice dvd and book collection. The views from the deck were beautiful. We will definitely come back

We had a wonderful winter getaway at Eagle’s Nest! The cabin is cute and well stocked and the views are amazing! Steve was so gracious and welcoming and we will be back again for sure!

My husband and I found the Eagle's Nest cabin to be the perfect spot for our anniversary get-away weekend to Leavenworth. We prefer to be away from the crowds and center of town and loved the location. The cabin is in a beautiful neighborhood very close to Plain and about a 20 minute drive into Leavenworth. Very close to Mountain Springs Lodge where you can enjoy snowmobiling and horse drawn sleigh rides in winter. The grocery store and Oak Mill Cafe in Plain are 5 minutes away. The cabin is super sweet and romantic and has everything you need. The views from the deck are stunning. We loved sitting in the recliners taking it all in. Our host Steve was very responsive and accommodating as we had to postpone this trip from December and it was not an issue at all. Thanks for everything Steve :)
