Stayed Jun 21, 2025The cottage was very comfortable and well-stocked for our week. We did not need to bring anything beyond personal items and food for our stay. Having perfect weather was the icing on the cake!! And the beach is as beautiful as ever. One of our favorjte places. Thank you for a great week.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023The location is outstanding! This particular cottage is okay. They advertise a washer, dryer, and fireplace. None of which you are allowed to use. They also said they are available for questions. The one time we emailed, we got no response. There were also dirty towels left hung up behind one of the bedroom doors when we arrived.

Stayed Jul 23, 2023We were a little apprehensive after booking for 6 people. We did fine! Cottage was comfortable and adorable! Host was very responsive . Thank you for the quick delivery of the picnic table. You couldn’t get a more perfect location. We were a little confused on parking, so maybe have instructions on welcome sheet. Thanks for a great 2 weeks!

Stayed Aug 18, 2022I grew up coming to Popham beach with 6 siblings every Sunday from Lewiston, Maine. My mom and dad packed up the station wagon, rain or shine... this was our paradise during the 70's through the 90's. My husband and I rented on the beach when our children were young... but haven't in many years. This cottage was amazing. Clean and cozy. Everything that we needed was available. We were lucky enough to get in on a cancellation, and spent three splendid days and nights on a beautiful August weekend. Thank you for a great stay! We would love to stay here again in the future... and recommend it as a premiere and affordable stay at Popham!
