Door County Cabin in the Woods, Baileys Harbor

Everything was great

The house was beautifully set up, with a great location, convenient to all the locations we visited while in Door County while still secluded and private.

We stayed in mid November and really enjoyed the cozy vibes and kitchen. Perfect place to stay in and play games, make some meals, and enjoy the cabin environment. It’s a great location to drive to some hikes as well and go to baileys harbor for anything.

Host is helpful and readily available for inquiries. Makes for a pleasurable vacation experience

Everything was great except the kitchen sink faucet leaked and the shower was terrible! Shower head was awe full! Sprayed every where. We could not adjust it. Water went everywhere. Had to wipe up the floor and put rug out to dry. Other then that, those issues, everything was great

The cabin was so clean and pleasant for our stay. The location is excellent and there was plenty of room for our puppies to get some exercise. Amenities were absolutely wonderful and we would highly recommend this location for your next visit to Door County.

The cabin was spotless and we felt at home right away. Loved the wooded area and surrounding area perfect place!

Cabin was clean and very comfortable- it was a beautiful evening to sit outside and watch the wildlife check us out! A couple of deer visited us as we sat outside- rabbits and squirrels checked us out!

Excellent communication from Karen. Cabin was very clean, and had all the basics available for my stay. Location is perfect, secluded, yet very close to downtown Bailey’s Harbor. This is definitely a property I would visit again, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Third time in a row coming to Baileys Harbor. Everything was excellent as usual. Great host, excellent location, not far from town. Accommodations were comfy/cozy, plenty of room and the outdoors was so quiet being by the fire at night. Will definitely consider next year’s visit again. Thank you Karen.

we really enjoy our stay at the cabin and so did our dog. We visited friends who stay the summer at a campground in Baileys Harbor. The also thought the cabin was really nice. We will stay there again if we get back to Baileys Harbor.

Karen is a wonderful host! The cabin is lovely and just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Check-in is a breeze.

Excellent accommodation. An immaculate cabin, stocked with every convenience one would ever need, down to matches to light the campfire to a bucket for water to extinguish the embers. We hope to return for our next Doir County trip.

Minor issue with toilet at first but very responsive and wanted to make sure we had a good stay. It’s a cute and rustic setting.

What a quiet, clean and safe place to stay. Our Host/Property manager was so helpful with any and all requests. This is a great location for exploring nature in Door County. Good restaurants and many hiking trails nearby. You hardly know there are any neighbors, hear more birds than people. This setting was exactly as advertised and everything you need is right there.

My husband, two dogs and myself spent a wonderful long weekend at Door County Cabin in the woods. We celebrated our anniversary with long hikes, great meals and lounging at the cabin. I highly recommend - so cute, private (but convenient) location, organized, clean and well-equipped. Our host was always available for any questions. We hope to go back!

This cabin was absolutely adorable and perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband. The pictures do not do it justice. I was blown away at the entire cabin and beautiful and quiet location. Karen was extremely friendly and very communicative. Definitely booking again!

We have a lovely fall stay at this property. Easy to check in and check out, within walking distance to Bailey's Harbor, very quiet, great accomodations.

Lovely wooded property away from town and crowds.

Very nice cabin in a very peaceful and beautiful setting, away from all the business of Door County but close enough to enjoy all the Door has to offer. Cabin is small but very well furnished and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable! The 2 screened in porches are very nice for morning coffee or just enjoying the surrounding woods. Very clean. Communication with owner is excellent - they provide very good information about the cabin and your stay. It was a perfect size for 2 of us. We saw deer on the property. It is in a very quiet area - houses around but far apart and hidden by lot sizes and lots of trees. We would stay again when in the area.

Wonderful! Karen was great to work with. Cabin was close to everything -within a 15-20 minute drive. Wooded, quiet, loved the porches! Would rent again if we ever come back this way.

This cabin in the woods is a perfect spot to stay. It has all the amenities that we needed for our visit! We enjoyed grilling out, biking to town, sitting in the screened porches and soaking up the peacefulness.

Such a great property. Close to everything but still ferls like you have gotten out of the hustle and bustle. Clean and well appointed. We will be back in the future!

What a cute little cabin! Great communication with host, nice location and quiet neighborhood. I did yoga every morning on the screened in porch. The larger porch adds so much space to eat and hangout. We rented a dock slip at the marina for our boat. Driveway was plenty big enough to store our trailer. Perfect spot for us to bring our dog too. Took her on a walk every day down the dirt road. Would highly recommend!

This cabin was just what we needed for some time away from a hectic life. It’s comfortable, spotlessly clean, and quite charming. We especially enjoyed time on the screened in front porch drinking our morning coffee, playing games, or just talking, and when we were ready to get out and about, it was close to any activity you could want in Door County, while still having a sense of quiet and privacy in its location. We would gladly go back for another stay!
