Dog-friendly woodland cabin w/ deck & private game room - walk to the river

Very clean, very comfortable, had everything we needed! The steps and front porch/deck were kind of uneven, could be a tripping hazard. There really was no access to the river that we could see. Nice quiet area though. Enjoyed our stay!

Nice place, in the middle of nowhere.

The two things I would like to see changed are that it be disclosed in the ad that there is no AC and that the internet doesn’t really work. After they make these adjustments to the description, this would be the perfect place. I would love to come back during the winter and enjoy this beautiful cabin.

The cabin was beautiful and the surrounding areas were amazing. I would love to go back during the winter and enjoy it. There is no AC, so if you’re traveling during the summer, be advised it might get hot inside and it doesn’t really cool off at night. Other than that, we loved our stay and will come back in the future.

The large back porch under the trees made for a very relaxing place to sit in the shade. The neighbors are close by, but no one else was around so it was very peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen is a good size for the small square footage of the cabin. The dining table and couches were plenty spacious for a family of 4. The game room was fun. This place was barely 10 minutes from our Zipline adventure and lunch at The Plain Cafe. Leavenworth is about 25 minutes away for the Bavarian experience.

We enjoyed the game room and just relaxing amongst the towering trees surrounding and the sound of the river running near.

Property was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, simple, and close to the ski hill.

House was pretty great overall could use improvements, we chose this property for the location to Leavenworth as a lot of people might, I think it could have used some decorations.Not sure if I missed that part in the description but the game room has an exterior entrance only made it kind of rough to get there in the icy conditions. Also had no storage spaces for guests it had dressers all over the place but all filled with extra bedding

Close to lake. Nice neighbors/locals. Open kitchen/living room option and basement deck!

WiFi is VERY iffy. Kept dropping out every 30 seconds-5 minutes. Clean place. Have to go outside to get to game room downstairs, but that is in the description. Nice outside patio. Great spread of kitchen stuff and seasonings. If you're going in the summer, bring a fan, as there is no AC or cooling. Great water presher in the shower.

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. It had everything we needed for a couple of days. We would stay again!

The cabin layout was really nice, and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. In addition to the pool table, etc. there were also board games and plenty of movies to keep everyone occupied.

We have a dog that has a horrible time during the 4th with all the fireworks. We were looking for a quiet place with no fireworks and we found it at Towering Pines. Our grandkids and parents enjoyed the game room with the pool table and foos ball table! We spent a lot of time down there. It was very cool there when it was warm outside. We knew it was going to be warm in the upper 80's, so brought some fans but didn't use them because we were able to open the windows and use the ceiling fan to keep it cool enough. We also spent time with the games provided. The cabin was clean and has a lot of essential cookware and utensils available, although some cookware wasn't in the best of shape. I was surprised to see some spices that I didn't expect to have on hand. I wasn't sure about what kind of coffee machine so brought both kinds, but you will need ground coffee. There was also a hair dryer available, I brought one so didn't use it. The furniture is in very good condition and the beds were very comfortable. The family went kayaking and ziplining very close to the cabin. The little town of Plain is not far away and had a nice Farmers Market on Sat. Lots to do there but if you are planning to go into Leavenworth a lot, it does take 30 min both ways so keep that in mind. We went into town for dinner one day. We totally enjoy our time there and took one star off due to cookware and BBQ not cleaned, but otherwise would have been 5 stars.
