Escape to the Tiny Fox Cabin, a charming rustic retreat tucked beside a peaceful pond and surrounded by forest in the Smoky Mountains. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families, this cabin blends cozy comfort with serene nature views.

Sip your morning coffee by the pond, spend the afternoon exploring nearby trails or quaint mountain towns, and end the evening stargazing around the firepit.

SAUNA USE:
• Sauna Fee: $15 per 2-hour session
• Advance Notice Required: Requests must be made at least 3 hours in advance.
• Availability: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Guest Access

Guests will have full private access to the Tiny Fox Cabin and the surrounding outdoor spaces.
• Cabin Access: The entire cabin is yours during your stay — no shared spaces.
• Outdoor Areas: Enjoy the picnic table, and pondfront views just outside your door.
• Firepit & Seating: Relax by the firepit in the evenings for stargazing or roasting marshmallows.
• Parking: Free, convenient parking is available right at the cabin.
• Self Check-In: A lockbox makes check-in easy and flexible.

• Internet & Cell Service
WiFi is available at the mercantile building, just a short 5-minute walk away.
• Self Check-In
Guests use a lockbox for easy, flexible check-in. Instructions will be provided before arrival.
• Stairs / Steps
There are a few steps to access the cabin and outdoor seating areas. This may not be suitable for all mobility needs.

• Quiet Hours
To preserve the peaceful setting, we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours in the evenings.
• Pets / Smoking
Guests are responsible for their pets at all times. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

• Furniture & Cleanliness
• Do not move or remove indoor or outdoor furniture.
• No littering — please keep the pond and forest area clean.
• Dispose of trash in designated bins before departure.
• Kitchen Use
• Wash dishes after use.
• Do not leave food outside, as it may attract wildlife.
• Children’s Safety
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pond and firepit.
• Firepit & Outdoor Safety
• Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the area or going to bed.
• No fireworks unless approved in advance.
• Appliances & Utilities
• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when not in use.
• Conserve water and electricity whenever possible.
• Respect Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Please be mindful of other guests or neighbors nearby.
• Unregistered Visitors
• No overnight visitors beyond the registered number of guests.
• Wildlife & Nature
• Do not feed or disturb the wildlife.
• Use caution near the pond and forested areas.
