We had a family celebration at the lodge. Had a great time! Plenty of space for our family and a variety of things for people to enjoy.

Our group had a wonderful stay at this place. We all had plenty of room with lots of privacy. All went as smoothly as we could hope for.

This property is beautiful, and was the perfect place to celebrate my mother’s 80th Birthday! More than enough room to house all my family coming from Seattle, WA and California. Also, each room gave each of my siblings family to have more than enough privacy because each room was very spacious. House was well stocked with everything we needed (linens, towels, etc.). The scenery was that of a post card…beautiful! The host, Emily, was a pleasure to work with answering all my txt promptly. Finally, they approved a delay in check out when my tire had a flat and we had to wait for Triple A. Thank you Emily for everything!

Good not great, the place is a little run down but you get what you pay for. For the price it's a lot of room and the views out of the front and the back deck make it worth the stay. The owner is very responsive and went and got us wine glasses when we asked her to.

House was very spacious and accommodating to all of our needs. Would definitely book here again

Not our first use for this beautiful house. Conveniently located, very well equipped, and the sleeping arrangements go on for miles. Exceptional, responsive host! We’ll no doubt be back again next year. Thank you Emily!

Amazing house and the host was so easy to work with!

Great place for our group of 30 to start, have our own rooms, and common areas for dinner and games.

We had our family reunion at this house and all 31 of us slept comfortably with room for more. The game room, theater room and hot tub provided hours of entertainment for the kids while the adults enjoyed the large sitting rooms through out the house. The snow covered mountains were a beautiful landscape to enjoy as well.

We had a great time. We have a big family and it was so fun. Lots of activities for the kids to participate in. We had plenty of beds to accommodate our family. Thanks for letting us stay at your place

We enjoyed our stay. We locked all of the doors but one side door when we left so you might want to have someone check on it. We put the pool cover key where we found it in the lock. We could not get the electric griddles to work good so that is something you might want to check out. The one on the bottom shelf would only work sometimes. The fridge was not very cold. We did not know we needed to bring paper towels. It was nice one roll was there. It would have been nice to know we needed to bring our own. Overall cleanliness was subpar, sticky floors and unclean bathrooms and we needed more toilet paper as well as shampoo in all the bathrooms (not just conditioner) some stains under the mattress pad, blood stain on the pillowcase, multiple outlets didn’t work they might want to check all of them. One light in the entryway is flickering and might need changing.

Awesome house to host family and friends! Had a great time and thought this house was the highlight of our trip.

Check in was exactly 3:00. The cleaner was there and let us in. The kitchen is good size but neither refrigerator provided any ice so that had to be bought separately. The main refrigerator in the kitchen leaked several times while we were there and a maintenance man was sent to check it out. We ended up just putting a towel at the bottom of the fridge. Otherwise, it is stocked with pots and pans and other necessary utensils.Additionally, several of the twin beds had no sheets and only a top bedspread. A piano was advertised but is in one of the downstairs bedrooms so not really available.I believe an upgrade to one of the bathrooms on the main level is in order, including a new toilet and shower.Otherwise, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and pickle ball court (be careful, though, of the crevasse around the court that could cause injury). It had the space for us to enjoy our time together and is a beautiful setting.

Our large family loved staying at this wonderful house in Heber! We had 27 people and there was plenty of room. The outdoor space really makes this place! We especially loved the pool, Pickleball court and outdoor seating. There were a few maintenance issues inside the house, but the owners responded and are eager to take care of them.

We had a wonderful stay at Lindsey house! So many fun things to do there and so well stocked. Our group of 53 had plenty of space! I would recommend this home to anyone.

We had the house filled to capacity, with 48 guests staying overnight and a few extras joining us for day time activities. Plenty of space and kitchen laid out well. We had to share towels but other than that there was space to all be together and space to break off into quieter rooms. Well situated for easy access to trails and lakes where we spent lots of time.

The house worked perfectly for our family reunion. We are hopeful that we will be able to rent the home again. Thanks!

We love this vacation home! This was our 3rd time back. Lots to do for all ages, and the hosts are fantastic.

Good location and size. The cabin is getting older, needing some upgrades, paint and repairs. Piano is in a bedroom so not available. Large kitchen and gathering areas were great with TV/audio access.

Great place to host a large group!

We were very happy with everything. The home is beautiful, well laid out, room for everyone. There was lots for everyone to do, and other activities not too far away. And shopping is close,( but not too close), for those forgotten items. We liked the fact it was so near to most of our families, it made working around varied schedules easy, We would stay again!

Hot tub was great, new deck was fabulous, pool worked well, and we enjoyed the pickleball court and other possible activities.

We had a fantastic time with family and friends for our daughter’s wedding. House was perfect for this and was very clean. Lots of towels, 2 sets of washer and dryers and everything in the kitchen that we needed.

Lots of space!

The house had tons of space with lots of things to keep all the kids busy. We had a big group but never felt crowded. The bedrooms were good sized with comfortable beds. The theater room was a hit as well as the ping pong and pool table. The kitchen was fully stocked which was helpful and there were several cabinets to store our own food. The outside of the property seemed great but the snow made it tricky to utilize. The house is old and tired and could definitely use some TLC in a few places but it was clean. The owner was prompt with their communication and great to work with.

This was our second visit and we are happy with the accommodations which allowed us to enjoy our time together. There were a couple of concerns about: no batteries in the carbon monoxide detector, an outlet shocked one of the teenagers when he tried to plug something in it, the bedroom with no window is a fire code violation, the fireplace on the wall behind the dining table makes the wall hot to to the touch.

We have been going to Heber City for a Annual Golf Outing for 4 years. We've stayed at nice properties but now we have found our home. 12 guys all had there own room and all had plenty of space to also be away from the group to call family or return business calls without noise in background. Emily is wonderful and responds quickly. There is also a handyman 15 minutes away if there is issues. We already booked for 2025.

Peaceful area, the house was furnished well, there was lots to do in the house and on the property, the house had a great layout. lots of room. We had a great time and plan to come back

super clean, grounds beautifully maintained, sparkling pool and hot tub, firewood stacked for campfire, hose close by to douse campfire, tv service excellent all of which were available for our whole family. kitchen well stocked with equipment 2 ovens, gas stove, 2 refrigerators. quick response for equipment problems.

The property was magnificent with every amenity imaginable. The views of the mountains were spectacular. The house was perfectly located near hiking and various outdoor activities, but provided so many choices at the home itself. Our family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room and media room.

My extended family had a wonderful time playing games, using the pool and hot tub. Although the house is a bit old and missing a few expected items like a corkscrew, coffee grinder and a cornhole set (I left a very nice new cornhole set however) the other amenities like the pool, hot tub, fire pit and pickle ball court were functioning well. Inside and outside space is very large but old. Places with this scale are hard to find and we had an epic reunion in a beautiful location.
