Denali Gnome Home

The Gnome Home is a cute and quirky place to stay near Denali National Park with privacy and modern plumbing! The hosts are super responsive and the check in process was easy peasy. It features a king bed, large loft bed and extra twin (although that one does share space with the laundry room!) there’s a LAUNDRY ROOM!!! Perfect for a couple or family with a few kids. Has a regular refrigerator, large kitchen sink, hotplate, microwave, coffeemaker, outside grill. The bathroom is a bit awkward , but the water pressure is FAB! We had a terrific stay.

Great, quiet location. perfect for visiting Denali NP. Communication was excellent and timely. Gnome Home was as advertised and met out expectations. We would stay here again. Loved the outdoor patio area.

This is a cute cabin. Bed was comfortable. The shower was great and we never ran out of hot water. Washer and dryer worked well. We did not use the gas grill outside. The place is peaceful and overall feels isolated. But the wifi worked great. We were within 30 minutes of Denali National Park. There are a few steps up into the cabin. Then another step into the laundry room and twin bed room and another step into the bathroom.

We were two couples - all in our 70’s. Though the accommodations were cute, the steps between rooms throughout the house were less than ideal, particularly at night. Same with the ladder in the middle of the main room. The access difficulty for the upstairs due both to the ladder and the low ceiling should be better documented in the property description. The overall living space could probably be rearranged for better utilization. We found the hosts very accommodating and helpful.

If you’re looking for a rustic setting away from the tourist crowds, this is perfect. WiFi was great and bed was very comfy. There’s a grill and a hot plate and a microwave for cooking, so plan meals accordingly. A big plus for us was the washer/dryer.

Sweet place. Really pay attention to the mileage when following directions to place.

Great place for my wife and I. I will add that if you are older or somewhat unstable the home has a couple of stepdowns coming out of bathroom and 2nd room. Otherwise, great location, comfortable bed and nice setup.

Small space - no room to sit and watch tv or have conversation Careful in shower figuring out hot waterbring own toilet paper as well. if busy during day, it is nice place to stay

GREAT location and exactly what our family needed for our 3 days in Denali.

We had a great stay at this little cabin! It was a nice, peaceful location situated not too far from Denali National Park. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio area and even got to see a moose just down the road!
