Stayed Dec 31, 1969The cabin was very nice but when turned on upstairs water for bath and shower there was a horrible like rotten egg smell that not only smelled in the bathroom but also throughout house and even in the garage. Also I knew that you could not smoke in the cabin but did not realize when booked the cabin that you also could not smoke anywhere outside as well.Vanessa or contact for Elvove was very helpful and quick to respond when couldn't get in front door.

Stayed Feb 23, 2024The communication was great even before check in. The home was clean and very well stocked with kitchen necessities. It was great for the kids to run around the porch and ride the scooters in the garage. Great experience.

Stayed Dec 29, 2023Our stay in this cabin was great! It had everything we needed! The kitchen was very well appointed. The cabin was clean with nice decor. The gated Torreon neighborhood was beautiful! As we walked around, we saw both deer and elk among the pine trees! We would definitely recommend this cabin and would stay again. The location in ShowLow was good too with Safeway close by. Restaurants and cafes not far. And about an hour drive up to Sunrise Ski Resort.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A few factors to consider when renting this property: 1) No master bedroom closet given the closet is locked with access only by the owner 2) No shampoo and conditioner in the showers; and no facial tissue in the bathrooms 3) The grill was very dirty 4) No manual for instructions to use the thermostat, televisions, garage door code, etc. 5) No cable (i.e. Comcast) or streaming service (i.e. YouTube TV) 6) When we arrived at the home the back door handle fell off Good location, nice layout, house was clean, but would not stay at home again due to factors above. Called management company numerous times to address the matters above. Management company was responsive.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a really nice home locate in a really great community---Torreon. It was clean and well-furnished. The kitchen is great--much more room than some we have had in other cabins in Torreon. The entire kitchen/dining/living room area is open, which is really nice. Great granite counters in the kitchen. Having use of the garage is a huge plus, and is the main reason we rented this home. One little nit is that there is no remote for the garage--so it is bit of a pain as, for example, when you leave, you have to open the garage door, back out, then walk back into the garage to close the door, and then walk through the house to the front door and leave to walk to your car. But overall, this is a great place and we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 18, 2023This home is terrific. Better than describe and better in person than what the photos show. Nice furniture. Great layout. Really love the kitchen--it is much better than others we have seen at other Torreon places we have rented. And the use of the garage is a huge plus. Super clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 24, 2022The place was great! Kids really enjoyed them self along with my wife and I. Wish it would of snowed, that would have been the cherry on top. Would definitely rebook and recommend.
