Cute & Cozy Cabin, Hot Tub, 2 Master Suites, Wood Fire Pit, Close to Parkway!

Our overall experience was excellent. The cabin was very clean and everything was in really good condition. It was perfect size for our family of four. It is easy access to Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed the hot tub and the front porch. The host was very responsive and helpful. The huge bear in the back yard made the trip!

This is the best VRBO we've stayed at, bar none. The host was great, no issues with anything, great place to stay and unwind. If you stay here, I believe you'll be very happy.

The stay was great from the beginning of reservation until check out at the end. Great owners and very accessible. We had no problems at all. The cabin is super cute, very clean and lots of amenities. Fully stocked kitchen with whatever you might need to make a meal. Nice grill out back, where there are more chairs and a table. There is also a really cute spot out front with chairs and a fire pit. It looked so inviting. But, it rained almost the whole time so couldn’t use it. We did sit out on the porch though and relaxed. We will use the fire pit on the next visit. If it’s available!!! We could not have been more satisfied with the cabin and our stay.

Everything at cozy bear cabin was lovely! The hosts had a fully stocked coffee bar and snacks and lots of games were available. The beds were extra comfy and the rooms were very clean. Would 100% recommended

I've never had a better vacation rental experience! The hosts deserve a 10 star rating! This is a beautiful cabin in a secluded mountain location near everything in the area! We were two senior couples, but it's also suitable for families. The beds were so comfortable! We slept like babies! We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching birds and squirrels. The surrounding forest provides privacy. We really enjoyed the hot tub! It was nice and warm when we arrived that evening! We stayed 3 nights and it was used every one! We really wanted to sit around the fire pit, but we just didn't have time. The cabin is exactly as advertised. I've never stayed at a rental where the hosts provided such extras and nice amenities! The Coffee Station is out of sight! Everything that you need for coffee, tea or hot chocolate! PLUS, the hosts provided a bucket full of snacks and goodies to munch on! Really good snacks! The towels and washcloths are large and plush, and they were plentiful. The furnishings were nice and comfortable and the large TV over the fireplace was easy for everyone to see. The WiFi is fast and easy to connect to. The back porch furniture is also very nice and I could see us using it if we stayed longer. The whole place was very clean, comfortable and ready for us! I highly recommend this property and wish to publicly thank the hosts for their true Mountain hospitality!

Wonderful property that is close to the action but at the same time it was out of the way and nice and quiet at night. It was easy to get to from the main drag of Pigeon Forge. The unit was clean and the owner had a lot of amenities in case we forgot something and needed something to get by until we could get to the store. Plenty of games and movies to watch if we had gotten as stuck inside due to weather.

We wanted a one level cabin because we had our small grandkids with us. We didn’t want to have to worry about them falling up and down the stairs. This 3 BR cabin worked perfectly for us. Check in was easy, cabin was very clean. Comfy beds with nice, thick sheets and cozy blankets. Hot tub was nice and warm and very relaxing. The cabin felt secluded even though there are neighbors. Host had plenty of games, a stocked coffee bar, and plenty of towels and wash cloths.

All you need in a rental. Clean, close to everything, comfy beds and nice little kitchen. Hot tub was easy to cover and uncover and quite clean. Host even offered some snack which was nice. All in all I’d stay again.

We could not have asked for a better cabin or host! The cabin was the perfect size for two couples and the host has thought of everything. We have stayed in various cabins over the years and all agreed it was by far the most comfortable and well prepared cabin that we have rented. The decor is fun (not cheesy), quality furniture and bedding, and we loved the snacks left for us along with the games, TV’s, and variety of DVD’s. We wish we could have stayed longer. It is less than 10 minutes to Publix but while at the cabin, it feels far away. Thank you!!

The cabin was so nice. It was close to everything. We loved the hot tub!! The beds were so comfortable. The squirrels were so entertaining from the front porch. The cabin was very clean and inviting. The host left a wonderful basket of goodies...we could not eat it all. The kitchen and bathroom are very well stocked...we really appreciated that. The overall stay was AWESOME!

Yes the hot tub was nice and hot. The cabin was very cozy, it was raining and chilly outside so the fire place made it so nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crazy Bear! Pleanty of parking for 2 or 3 cars on the semi-steep driveway. The cabin was clean and comfortable with lots of family board/card games. Kitchen was perfect for meals and a hot cup of coffee. Our host left a sweet note and some goodies on the bar prior to our arrival which was a nice personable touch. Tvs in all rooms. The fact that there's 2 master bedrooms with one queen room connected to a master is INCREDIBLE! The bedrooms were spacious with tall king beds, and the connected bathrooms were large and clean. We didn't make use of the fire pit but it was lovely! The hot tub on the front deck is SO relaxing. We also had some Racoon visitors diring our hot tub soak haha. Quite the thrill and one of the many joys of the mountains. Easy and short 4 minutes commute to the main strip of Pigeon Forge. 10 out of 10 recommend this stay!

Our host was so wonderful. We arrived to a clean cabin and a bucket full of snacks. The cabin also included lots of great games to play as a family and the fire pit was primed with kindling to make the perfect fire for smores. Our host did a great job communicating with us and was ready to help with anything we needed. The location is amazing - 10 minutes from all the excitment of Pigeon Forge, but away from the hustle and bustle for relaxing evenings.

Very clean and cozy, well stocked with necessities, games, movies, coffee etc. front deck was spotless considering how many trees are surrounding the house. We realized a day into it that there were no spiderwebs anywhere to be found lol. They really take pride in keeping up with the maintenance. Host was very nice to communicate with, quick to respond and even left some treats/snacks for the kids. House in a great location and up on a hill. The spa is a nice touch for those nights after walking around town all day. Would definitely recommend this place and we’re sure to come back.

I have stayed at probably 20 properties between Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge and this has to be the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in the complementary snacks. The complementary make up remover/shampoo. Everything just gave it a very personal friendly vibe. I will definitely be back. I’ll be bringing my family this time or next time and I hope to see you all soon.

Good location for visiting Dollywood, Smoky mountains and activities in Pigeon Forge. Stayed 4 nights. Internet was strong enough to do some work video meetings, no problems. Had an issue with water pump sound that host came quickly to resolve. We cooked 1/2 our meals and kitchen was stocked enough for us. Host provided firewood. Entire place was clean, comfortable and no issues with AC.

We enjoyed our stay very much !!! The cabin was very clean and tidy, loved that there was snacks for us when we got there ! We really enjoyed the privacy of the neighbor hood and sitting at the fire pit making good memories from stories with lots of laughter!! We will definitely stay there again !!! The skunk sighting was added bonus , glad it wasn’t baby bears !!! lol. The location was very easy to find. Driveway was a little steep but will not stop us from staying again!! The owners of this property was amazing with checking on us to make sure we was settled in upon arrival!!

Fantastic property and owner. 100% recommend. This location feels like there is genuine thought put in not just feeling like it’s a money generation property. Beds are comfortable. Cabin was fully stocked. Gift basket of snacks. Plenty of board games and movies. Cabin has good wifi 250Mbs/25Mbs and CABLE TV. So many of these places don’t have cable and it’s just whatever free apps that come with the tv. Nice hot tub with swivel hard cover for easy on/off. Location is fantastic. Very easy to get to and only a minute or two from the main strip, while still having the feel of being out in the woods. It does have a steep driveway and big staircase, but the back deck only has a couple steps. I would suggest that they add a keypad for the back door to make it easier for families that don’t do well with stairs.

Cabin was as advertised. Spacious, clean and everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. Host was responsive and courteous. Would definitely stay again.

This was an adorable cozy cabin. It was well stocked with all the amenities we could use. It was close to Pidgeon Forge and The Island! It even had a welcome basket with goodies! There were an array of games we could play! The hosts were wonderful! It had three bedrooms and a beautiful master bath with a jacuzzi tub. There was an outdoor hot tub as well. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back!

I would highly recommend the Crazy Bear cabin over and over again! Reasons: Pictures are exactly what you are getting. Love the coffee “nook”. Clean. Beds are comfortable (which isn’t always the case with some places). Plenty of toilet paper (thank you!!). Appliances work. The location is perfect for people who want to be “close” to the tourist attractions but “secluded” enough to be out of the crazy atmosphere. My husband and I loved waking up early, drinking our coffee on the porch and just enjoying the quiet before heading out. My girls loved having their space too! Thank you so much to the hosts - you made this experience wonderful. - Jessica

Crazy Bear was by far our favorite cabin. We have stayed in several over the last few years. Greatly located. The cabin was cozy and very inviting. It made us feel welcomed and right at home. We loved having a cup of coffe on the porch and watching the squirrels.The hosts were fantastic. We will be staying here again.

The property was well maintained. There was even a gift basket on the shelf. Absolutely loved the property and the hot tub. Rooms were clean. Only issue was the master bed was ( HIGH ) LOL.... wasnt a real issue just surprising. Great place and wonderful host. Five star all the way

Property is close to town but far enough away for quiet. We relaxed in the hot tub after a adventurous day in town one evening. Sat by a fire with drinks another. Cabin was clean and comfortable for all

We chose to go to the mountains instead of the beach for Memorial Day this year. We had such a great time. The cabin was perfect! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were easy to get in touch with. We will definitely be staying again!

We spent five nights at Crazy Bear Lookout cabin and found it met all of our needs, and then some.The home was well stocked and we were pleasantly surprised with the welcome basket that provided all four adults with a variety of snacks.We especially enjoyed the extra bedroom for our snoring companion. Loved the place. Located perfectly far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get there easily when you want to.Check in/check out procedures were very simple. The house was clean, comfortable and as described. The hosts were very quick to respond to any communiction. They clearly go above and beyond to make sure their guests have a great time. 10 out of 10! If we ever go back to the area I won't bother looking for a different place. I would simply book this one again.

The cabin is very comfortable. The gas fireplace was cozy. They provided snacks and games that we enjoyed. The location is great. They were in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend!!

This is an outstanding cabin in a great location. We have stayed in about 30 cabins in the area over the years, but found this cabin to be cleanest, most equipped cabin we have ever stayed in. But what really sets this cabin apart from the rest is this owner cares about your stay and takes pride in the cabin. Also being greeted with a basket of goodies was a pleasant surprise. Also of note is the TV channel lineup, everything we could possibly want!!! Well done Darrin & Michelle, when we visit again we hope your cabin is available!!!

Only thing that I would say that needs to be different is the cheap toilet paper other that it was amazing and very good communication with the owner

This was the cleanest rental we have ever arrived at !! Amazing house . Perfect Layout for what we needed and the owners are amazing . Wonderful gift basket was waiting for our arrival . Couldn’t have asked for a better host . We loved it .

If we ever decide to vacation in Pigeon Forge with family again, we will want to stay at the Crazy Bear. The cabin, its furnishings and decor, and the amenities were even better than advertised, and the property, both inside and out, was immaculate. Only one suggestion for the host is that the grill had a lot of grease build up and should be cleaned or replaced. Other than that, we LOVED our stay!

Great property, close to the parkway and restaurants. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Host has a little snack bucket and k cups for you. This was great as we all needed our first morning coffee but did not make it to the store until the second day.

What a beautiful property! We were two couples on vacation together. Having two bedrooms with king beds and a full en-siute bathroom for each was such a bonus! (There is a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed but we didn't need to use it) Upon arrival the cabin was easy to access, absolutely immaculate and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need to get your week started. We loved the coffee bar and the special treat of snacks that were provided. There is a large assortment of card games, board games and movies to keep everyone happy. This property includes an inviting firepit area with plenty of seating. Although you are located in a secluded area, it is only a short drive into Pigeon Forge to all of the locations to fill your days! The owners were extremely prompt to answer any questions or concerns, which was so greatly appreciated. A huge thank you to them for sharing their special get-away location with us.
