Creekside Custer Vacation Cabin

We’ve stayed in many cabins around the country, and this one was one of the best equipped with everything you might need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We spent nine days exploring the Black Hills, and this cabin is very convenient to Custer State Park and its hikes and beauty and within reasonable driving distance to Wind Cave National Park sights, the Badlands, and Spearfish and Deadwood in the northern Black Hills.

It was great. Loved the deer that came into the yard. NIcely located to downtown and the Mikkelson Trail. The fall colors in Custer Park were gorgeous. Too bad the museum closed for the season the day we got there.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Especially loved having the hot tub to soak in every night after we returned from the days adventures. Location is a perfect base to explore Custer SP, Rushmore, Wind Cave, Black Hills NF, and Jewel Cave. We also enjoyed the deer that showed up every evening. We cooked every night and found the kitchen to have everything we needed. It's well equipped with thoughtful touches like coffee. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was nice cozy, close to downtown and Custer State Park.The hot tub was awesome after a day of hiking.Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this cabin. Very cozy and a great location close to all the sights. Not to mention the trail practically in the back yard. Very quiet neighborhood. We stayed for 6 nights, loved the hot tub of course. They have all the accommodations you could ask for. Also the beds were great and the recliners made it so comfy for relaxing and watching TV I would definitely recommend this cozy cabin to anyone who wanted to see Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse and all the great scenic drives.

We had a great time staying here. The beds were very comfortable. We ate most of our meals out, but the kitchen was well equipped for any appliance we could have needed. Every single day we saw wildlife. We can't wait to come back to Custer!

Cabin was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It is in a quiet location several blocks away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Custer is a very nice town that has a little bit of everything and we found it to be less than 20 minute drive to just about everywhere we wanted to go in the hills. The owner was responsive and check in was simple.

Nice rental in Custer. It's a short distance from the downtown area. Super nice hot tub that we used eqch night after hiking. The house has everything you need.

We enjoyed this cabin with all its amenities and quiet location. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely consider staying again if in the area.

The house was beautiful and i didnt need to bring a thing other than my clothes. Everything was provided. The only thing was that the directions were not accurate... i had to stop 2 places to finally figure out where it was. My gps was taking me on circles. Should say go to 9th street. It turns into lincoln.. anyway, other than that, i loved the place

Perfect home base for our vacation. Small and cozy. Extremely clean and well stocked. Neighborhood is very average, but interior cuteness and comfort makes up for it. It was fun to watch the dear each morning/evening. Would stay again.

What an adorable cottage!! It was perfect and clean!! The hot tub was a nice treat from exploring Mt. Rushmore & driving custard state park & exploring the area! We cooked out on the grill the last night we were there!! Highly recommend it!!

Great place to stay with our family of 4 to see the black hills. Close to so much, clean, well stocked for a 4 day stay and the hot tub was clean and well maintained.

This was a great, centrally located house to stay in. We enjoyed the outside patio, hot tub and barbecue grill since the weather was so nice. Saw more deer than we've ever seen just walking around the neighborhood. Everything was super clean, the kitchen was furnished with everything you could possibly want, the two Queen beds were very comfortable and the reclining couch and chairs were just what we wanted after a long day of exploring. Custer is a cute little town and we stayed here 4 nights to explore the sites in this location (Hot Springs, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake area, Wind Cave National Park, Needles Highway, Jewel Cave and Hill City), before moving on to Rapid City for 3 days. Just down a few blocks are the little shops, restaurants and the Black Hills Hot Air Balloon place. We took a sunrise trip in the balloons which was fantastic. Our host answered all our questions when booking and gave clear instructions. I would highly recommend this house for your stay in the Black Hills!

This small house was great for our week-end get-away for just my husband and me. Comfortable and felt just like home! The location in Custer was convenient.

We had a fantastic time at this cozy getaway! The space was warm and inviting. The hot tub was a definite highlight – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful stay, yet it's just an easy walk to town for dining and shopping. The property was also incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed visiting the area. The cabin was perfect for our needs and enjoyed the short walk to town. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for our Black Hills vacation. The house was very clean, had a comfortable couch, little study area, nice hot tub and lots of outdoor space. The fully equipped kitchen was great since we like to cook some of our meals. Shops, groceries and restaurants were close by in downtown Custer. It’s a short drive to popular attractions. We really enjoyed our stay here.
