Stayed Apr 8, 2026Overall this property was pretty good but there was room for improvement. Pros: Very pet friendly! Dog bowls, pet sheet Yard large and quietAveda toiletriesCons: Room was really small (most of the space taken up by the king size bed) which made it hard to fit a crate anywhere. Food residue on the silverware and I rewashed everything before using it. There was a broom and vacuum available but the vacuum wasn't working. This was unfortunate because its Moab so sand gets everywhere and it would have been nice to be able to vacuum The bed was ok-- mattress definitely seemed on the older side but not terrible. The pillows were cheap and could probably use an upgrade. There are very high up windows with no shades or curtains so light streamed and the room was never fully dark. There was a ceiling fan but it made an annoying noise so I couldn't sleep with it onThe bathroom was weirdly huge and yet so awkwardly arranged that it also felt cramped. There wasn't a fan so even though its the desert, it was damp. There was a grill that was new and easy to operate but no grill utensils (like tongs, spatula). I made this reservation before there were any reviews so I was definitely taking a chance. I think it has the potential to be a good spot, especially if you want to be very close to downtown Moab. But needs a few adjustments

Stayed Apr 5, 2026Overall, our stay was decent, and the location was a major highlight—centrally located near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, as well as Main Street with great restaurants and coffee shops. We understand our visit coincided with the tail end of the Jeep Meetup weekend, but I am removing two stars due to several issues. The hot tub water was cloudy and clearly not cleaned, and maintenance didn’t address it until our final day. Unfortunately, this meant my partner and I missed out on the relaxing, romantic experience we were hoping for.The bedding was another downside—it was thin, rough, and uncomfortable, leaving us both with sore necks and shoulders. On a positive note, the property is very pet-friendly, and our dogs loved playing in the yard. However, there were multiple piles of dog waste left behind by previous guests, which we cleaned up ourselves to avoid any confusion. The deck around the trees was a nice touch and a great place to unwind after a long day of hiking. The bungalow itself is charming, but the number of roaches (both dead and alive) outside was excessive. Additionally, spotting a black widow spider at a height where our dogs could easily encounter it was concerning.Overall, while the location and some features were enjoyable, the cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly impacted our stay.

Stayed Mar 5, 2026Hot tub and deck were great. Good proximity to restaurants, shops, exercise path and grocery store. Small sleeping/living space but good for what we needed. Nice shower and tub, spacious bathroom. Would recommend new/better sheets. Ours were all pilled. Mattress is comfy though.
