Great for 2 or 3 adults to get away to relax. Not suitable for small children. Free wi-fi. Cook in cabin or bbq on gas grill.
Dollar General 4 miles north in Ava.
Located at end of parking lot of Crazy Joe’s FishHouse along tree line.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025It was a great place to unwind and have a fire. There was ample amounts of wood. It was peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what I wanted for the weekend. The cabin was really cool. It smelled like wood. It has a front porch to sit on which I loved. The restaurant next door is really good too. It's very close to kinkaid and the Shawnee national Forest so if I wanted to there was plenty to do. But I wanted to chill and this was perfect.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025Property was just as described. The cabin was clean and very well stocked and organized. Bathrroom had towels, soaps, and paper. Kitchen had everything one would need to cook. Two TVs had internet and plenty of channels. Crazy Joe's is an absolute must to eat at.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Beautiful cabin close to Kincaid lake and hiking in the Shawnee National Forrest. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and and eating at Crazy Joes Fish House restaurant.
