This home was so cozy, we hated to leave. It was decorated so cute, with definitely a designer's touch. All the beds were super comfy and there was plenty of room for our family of four plus our furbaby. Cute touch supplying doggy water and food bowls, extra doggy towels and sheets to cover the furniture (although may I suggest flat sheets instead of fitted sheets) Location in the trees was amazing and even though our trip was rainy it didn't dampen our love for this home. Supplies were ample with coffee, tea and hot cocoa!! Only thing we would have liked to have was a blender!! Thank you for sharing your home with our family. We would definitely stay here again.
Agree with all the other reviews, this cabin is quite spacious and in a peaceful and beautiful setting. Also easily accessible to Mt. Hood and the neighboring villages. The photos don't do the view through the window wall justice, it's a fantastic scene to start and end the day. Our son called it the Zen Garden. Makes sense!
Love the eclectic log cabin comfortably furnished decor pleasing and fun. Problems: The internet was out and no cell service. So no Wi-Fi. Communication with family and online work meeting a big problem. We could not plan outings or map our way until we left the cabin and we’re back in cell range. Property manager quick to response on this issue but to no avail. No tv and dvd didn’t work. Coffee tabletop wobbled and fell when lean on to help stand up.
We really liked the cabin and location, the internet was down which meant there was also no TV and we had no cell service so that was a bit concerning for three older ladies. It does sound like the owner is going to make it up to us ?. The lady that we communicated with, Deborah, was very nice and very helpful. All of the neighbors are very friendly. We had a dog with us, it was very cute that there was a basket left in the entry way with dog supplies…nice touch! The cabin and beds were comfortable and I would definitely stay there again but I do have a couple comments and suggestions. Curtains in the bedrooms would be very helpful, one bedroom has them which is very nice. But the neighbors lights were on the whole time making it hard to sleep in the other two rooms. Instructions regarding some simple things like: 1) There is a hair dryer provided but it is in the dresser in the hallway 2) How to use the TV/DVD. The TV and DVD player were both unplugged and the batteries were dead in the DVD remote. We swapped the batteries back and forth between two remotes so that we could watch a movie. 3) Where to find the iron and ironing board.
They will charge you a cleaning fee and then ask you to do laundry, do dishes, take out the trash, etc.
It was the perfect spot for our small group weekend getaway. The cabin is cozy, but doesn’t feel small. We had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and close to lots of fun hiking trails.
It was very comfy and quiet here
nice home close to the snow
