Very cozy little cabin! Loved sitting at the kitchen table, watching and listening to the rain we had one day. Very quiet and private. Loved every minute of our stay and the beaches nearby were beautiful!

Check in was simple and clean. Extra towels provided for our entire four night stay. We enjoyed ourselves beyond words. The cabin was adorable and had everything in it that we needed. The outdoor cedar shower was the highlight of the stay! Getting up with the morning sun and showering with the birds and the bees is priceless. The property is very quiet, we hardly heard any human noise. It’s a beautifully built cabin, secluded in the rear end of the property facing the woods. It was amazing! Hope to return again soon.

The cabin was exactly as advertised. My wife and I stayed there while we were in the area. It was clean, private, comfortable and charming. We would stay there again.

Overall, this was a great stay. The home is a cute, small cabin that was perfect for what we needed. We traveled with a couple dogs, and they enjoyed the outdoor space very much. Communication with the host was easy, and they were fantastic hosts. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for remote cabin away from it all, perfect. Very tiny, but cozy, clean cabin on homestead. Behind main house & families staying on farm, so you’ll hear them working, training horses; not a negative IMO and actually comforting vs traffic & busier areas. Friendly dogs may visit. Only negative is the outhouse is very close to the cabin and the smell can drift to the porch & fire pit area & can mess with the vibe, if you’re smell sensitive, could be a problem. Perfect for solo or couple trips if you’re looking for something simple, out in the woods, and not a ‘copy & paste’ built cabin at a great price. The outdoor shower is great. Very pleasant, peaceful mornings & evenings on porch. 30 min from Sleeping Bear Dunes.

Awesome, experience. Wonderful property, super relaxing. We noticed horses on the way in, were greeting by two handsome Boston terriers, saw several deer, and a momma bear walking with her cub. Serenity at its best. We will be back.

A real gem. Tucked away in the woods with the best outdoor shower ( hot water with great water pressure) and the sweetest little porch that even came with a pretty tarp overhead to keep the rain drops away. Loved

This cabin is such a gem, even more so knowing the story of it, a bonding experience for a girl and her father. It was amazingly peaceful, and the spotty service made it easier to unplug. The horses across the way were a bonus. The outdoor shower was fantastic. I didn’t realize there was no indoor plumbing-I think that might have been in the fine print-but the Johnny on the spot was clean and the owner was thoughtful in providing flashlight and bug spray. My GPS wasn’t entirely accurate, so I did get a little lost finding the way, but once there, it was easy to find again. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Absolutey loved the cabin! The outside shower was fabulous along with the front porch and all the attention to details. Vert comfortable bed with supplied robes hanging on the wall. Even had a fresh bouquet of flowers on the kitchen table. Also had a chance to chat with Kelsey. Wonderful stay would love to visit again. :)

Listing is true to the space. Very quiet area even with the owners on the property. All questions were promptly answered. A wide variety of birds can be seen from deck. If you’re concerned about the porta potty, don’t be. Hands down the cleanest one I’ve ever seen. Absolutely would stay again.

From the porch to the fire pit and then a cozy bed, we had the most relaxing time in such a cute little cabin! All our requests were granted and we had everything we needed. The location was great, yet there were restaurants within a 15-20 minute drive. We loved our little slice of heaven❤️

We had a nice time, cute place and anything we needed the hosts were so attentive! Only complaint was how close it was to the main house. Not a deal breaker though.
