This cabin is truly your home away from home. Newly renovated with all of the nicest updates from the granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove / oven for all of your cooking and baking needs. All new furnishings in the living room and dining area including a dedicated work space and comfortable leather chair with charging station for your all of your electronics. The front porch offers a propane fire pit complete with Adirondack chairs and plenty of space to gather with your family or sit and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. A new propane grill is also there to cook up a delicious dinner!

There is an abundance of outdoor activities...Hiking, ATV, Rock Climbing, Skiing, Sledding, Snowmobiling, Canoeing / Rafting, Four wheeling, watching wildlife, Ghost towns, Mountain Biking, River Rafting, Fly Fishing, World Class Golfing at Rio Grande Golf Club ...the list goes on!!!

Ski the most Snow in Colorado!!! Wolf Creek Ski area is 22 miles from the cabin and is some of the best skiing in Colorado! From Beginner to Black they have something for everyone. Snowmobiling / ATV / Hiking trails throughout the area. Maps available and are updated during the season.

If you are a golfer then you must visit the Rio Grande Club! Rated a 4 star facility by Golf Digest. You can also visit the Timbers Restaurant for a nice evening meal or the Big River Grille for a bite to eat and a cold beverage.

If you prefer a slower pace, relax on the front porch on a lounge chair and a good book while surrounded by the beautiful mountain views and the wildlife such as deer, hummingbirds, and the occasional bear or mountain lion. There is also a hammock available to use during your stay which you can put out on the dedicated space complete with artificial turf, offers privacy in a small courtyard with hanging lights above. Its the Perfect place to spend an afternoon reading or relaxing! A Bocce ball set is also kept in the garage and is a really easy game to learn and fun for the whole family.

At night don't miss stepping out on the front porch and looking at all of the stars. You can sit on the front relaxing in one of the Adirondack chairs situated perfectly around the fire pit to provide a little ambiance or take the chill out of the air. Another perfect way to spend an evening just by stepping outside onto the front porch all while taking in the beauty of the mountains and the peaceful surroundings.


Cabin Sleeps 6. Queen sized bed in master downstairs; 2 Queen sized bed(s) upstairs with space for your guests or for the kids to sleep.

50’ Flat Screen T.V. in living room with smart TV for streaming anything you'd like to watch such as a game or for a Movie night! Complete with a sound bar and Bluetooth capability. There is Fiber optic WiFi so you can stream, check emails, with speed fast enough for multiple devices. There is a dedicated workspace that has a desk with a comfortable leather chair and plug /adapter for all of your electronics.

This super cozy Cabin has split unit A/C unit to keep you cool in the summer and a propane fireplace that will keep you warm and cozy during the winter. The Bedrooms have black out drapes to help ensure a good nights rest. Did we mention it is pet friendly so you can bring all of the family members along to your mountain getaway Games are also available for the entire family so you can have a Family Game Night! There is Cribbage, Pokeno, Mexican Train / Dominoes, card games and kids games life Life, Clue and Yahtzee.

This renovated cabin is located in an ideal neighborhood that is the perfect spot for taking in the natural beauty of the mountain views or enjoying a book on the front porch. The front porch is the perfect place to take it all in. This cabin does not have neighbors to the immediate left, right or in front so the view is all yours to enjoy! You can walk the neighborhood with gravel roads in the mornings and evenings or just to take a stroll to enjoy the fresh air.

This cabin is not considered remote but has the convenience of plowed and maintained roads during the winter which makes a stay here during the winter months stress-free and accessible in all seasons.

There is National Forest access at the back of the neighborhood if you like to get out and walk or use an ATV.

Local Area:

Visit the local town of Creede, 20 minutes from the cabin to see the Mining Museum, the Creede Repertory theatre, Feed chipmunks out of your hand (our daughter's fav!!!), listen to live music or grab something to eat.

Sleds for kids are available and are stored in the garage.
