I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The log cabin was a big disappointment. Ladders on the back deck that went to the roof, ladder on. the front of the cabin . Driveway short and steep, very slippery with snow. Pantry was filled with paint supplies, dining room table was small and chairs did not fit. Very disappointed in the cabin

Grands loved swimming in the lake, brought our kayaks, had delicious pizza takeout from the resort pizza place. Cabin had a good layout for Grandpa and Grandma and the family with grandkids in the lower level. Easy drive to Boyne city and Petoskey and Charlevoix for day trips.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024We had the opportunity to stay over Christmas and experience a great stay. Comfy beds. Super clean. Quiet. Great Hot tub! Plenty of space for food. Close to nature and the slopes. We loved our time there!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was amazing and put you in the northern Michigan vibe. Clean and had everything you needed. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the hot tub on the rear balcony. Was 5 minutes away from a nice beach area, golfing and the main part of Boyne Mountain. When we had a question, the host would get back with us right away. Would highly recommend and we hope to stay there again next year.

Staying on resort property is definitely a plus. Tons of things to do beautiful scenery, gorgeous lake with lots of fun activities. The cabin was fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking, gameplaying, movie watching and family fun. Beds were super comfy. Easy in and out process. We will definitely be back!
