Gardener is the best host we have worked with. He is on top of everything, and makes sure we have what we need. In particular he focuses on small appointments that make the stay enjoyable, making sure the house is clean and everything works, and he is very easy to communicate with which we appreciate so much. My husband and I stayed at Maple Tree Cabin with our two children (ages 4 and 1) while visiting family friends nearby. The home itself was sparkling clean and we were pleasantly surprised by all of the thoughtful amenities! Perfect location for families - our 4 year old son LOVED the air hockey table upstairs, and we had quite a bit of fun with all of the boardgames. Everything was 10/10 - highly recommend this cozy, private and picturesque location for anyone traveling through the area. Communication with the host was also A -- thank you so much, Gardner!

Stayed here for Valentine's weekend with my wife and it was perfect! Gardner and Kathy were great with communication and the cabin itself was beautiful! It had everything we needed for the weekend and the location is close to many nearby attractions. Book your stay at Mapletree Cabin.. you won't regret it!

Gardner has created an immaculate and super cozy log cabin respite decorated for our family Christmas - with mini Xmas trees, fresh sparkly flowers and homemade maple syrup! He was very attentive, responding immediately to our questions. Kitchen had all tools needed, beds and pillows very comfortable. We enjoyed puzzles, crafts, and art projects at the large family dining room table. We enjoyed the air hockey game and classic childhood games.

My family and I loved staying at the Maple Tree Cabin for the week of Thanksgiving. My grandsons enjoyed exploring the woods on the property and the selection of games available. The front porch was the absolute best place to enjoy morning coffee. This house was neat as a pin upon entry and even included flowers on the table, a stocked coffee and tea bar and a snack tray. I would recommend this charmer to anyone.

The place was lovely, private and near a nice winery where we had dinner. Sat by a fire in the fire pit afterwards. Totally gracious host. Would recommend!

We booked this cabin for a relaxing getaway with friends. It was absolutely perfect. It is tucked away in such a beautiful location. Lovely grounds for taking walks. The owners supplied us with everything we could possibly need. Including some delicious maple syrup:)The large firepit was one of our favorite features!We will definitely be returning for another trip!

The Cabin & the property is immaculate. House is spotless & super cozy!! The land is gorgeous private & so relaxing. It was absolutely perfect for my wedding as I had my own bridal suite upstairs to get ready celebrate & take photos. The house is gorgeous & great for my disabled parents to enjoy as well. The cabin is stunning!! The hosts Gardener & Kathy are the sweetest!! We didn’t wanna leave. We will definitely be back!! This place is a incredible!! So beautiful inside & out peaceful an cozy!!

We randomly selected the cabin as a place to meet up with our life long friends and we couldn’t have been happier. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. Gardner was very responsive and added the nicest touches to our stay. We will definitely be back.

Amazing property! We stayed one night passing through from our northern adventure and it was the perfect place to rest and relax before getting back on the road. From the beautiful cabin, that is well organized, clean and tidy, to the air hockey table, which kept the kids occupied, and the huge fire pit outside. The property has character and is well maintained. My only regret is that we didn’t have more days to spend at the cabin! Will find a reason to stay again. Wonderful experience all around and top notch host.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the clearly labeled light switches to the well-organized amenities, the host made sure we never had to second-guess where anything was. It truly made us feel right at home.One of our favorite features was the stunning fire pit area. The host went above and beyond by providing everything we needed to build a fire safely and easily—kindling, wood, fire starting logs and a lighter—so we could just relax and enjoy the moment.Every corner of the cabin seemed to quietly say “Welcome.” It was warm, inviting, and full of heart. Honestly, I could see myself living there—it was that comfortable and well-loved.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with all the right touches!

This is a beautiful log cabin nestled in the woods at the end of a dead-end road. The hosts have literally thought of everything needed for a restful vacation. There’s a fire pit and pizza oven outside and plenty of games (including air hockey) inside. It is close to all of the shops, museums and beaches in the area.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with everything and anything needed. What an awesome family escape from the hustle and bustle of a fast paced life. Spend some quality time with your family telling ghost stories at the fire pit, playing board games, and taking hikes in the woods. Then cuddle up on the comfy couch, share your experiences in the cabin log and watch a movie together. I highly recommend this cabin!

This rustic cabin was a perfect weekend getaway to reconnect with family & friends, surrounded by chirping birds and lush nature. Both inside and out, the cabin and grounds are well cared for and lovingly maintained. Very clean, incredibly charming, and thoughtfully prepared for guests... from a bouquet of fresh flowers, comfy blankets in all sitting areas, and a firepit prepped with kindling & fire wood! Would highly recommend if you are looking to submurse yourself in nature for a relaxing getaway from the grind!

It is certainly a cabin in the quiet woods which you would normally find in northern Vermont. We loved everything about it. My Three Sons grew up tent camping in the Yale Forest and this was that, only with a log cabin replacing Eureka tents! We loved sitting around the massive firepit and feeding the flames with plenty of seasoned, dry hardwood, cooking several meals on the coals with pie irons and steak prongs. Just loved it.

My wife and I loved our weekend stay at this cabin!

We were in awe of how cool this cabin is, everyone kept saying, “ It’s like a Hallmark Christmas movie”. It couldn’t have been more perfect for our family. The 8yr old twin boys loved the air hockey table and it was great having that space upstairs for them to enjoy movies and games too. We had a great Christmas dinner and had all the amenities, perfect amount of seating. We tried s’mores at the fire pit, but made them quickly and ran in because it was 15 but we still got in another great memory. We got a little skiff of snow, enough for a tiny snowman. Thank you Gardner for your accommodation and quick responses.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cozy cabin. It’s nestled in the woods among beautiful maple trees. The location was great for our daily adventures both east and west. We will definitely stay again if we get the chance.

Absolutely warm, welcoming and cozy. Although we only booked it for one night, all of us in our party wished we would've booked the remaining part of our trip in this cute cabin. Matter of fact, my brother-in-law suggested I request an extension. Sadly due to our other commitment as our east coast adventure continued, that option was not possible. If I ever plan on returning to this area, this would be by far my first choice. My only suggestion would be to make the address more visible at night when it's dark. We accidently pulled into the neighbors property. But we immediately found this wonderful cabin. Thank you Gardner for allowing us to stay in your cabin. Blessings! Donna
