Stayed Apr 19, 2024It's a small footprint of a house, but they layout is well thought out and makes it feel bigger than it is. The deck off the rear of the house offers a modest view of the mountainside, and there's a good spot to grill when the weather is nice. Perfect spot for a small family vacation or a two couples getaway. Minutes from Chimney Rock.

Stayed Mar 5, 2022We love Lake Lure!! We have been coming to the area for 30+ years and usually stay on the resort. We found Anna and Nick's cabin to be a wonderful option. We liked being closer to the grocery store and some of the local restaurants. The cabin was extremely well-stocked with paper products, laundry and hand soap as well as shampoo. The kitchen was well-equipped as well, and the gas grill was a great addition. Fresh eggs were left for us, and with a full canister of coffee also available, breakfast our first morning was nearly complete! We spent many hours on the large, covered porch as well as up in the cozy loft during a few rainy days. The upscale decorating was tasteful, still allowing for that cozy and inviting atmosphere you would expect in a mountain cabin. Anna was readily available both before and after arrival. We will most certainly return.
