    It was a very nice remodel that was clean and well equipped. It's close to Yellowstone and reseasonably priced. The downside was my wife had an ongoing health problem and we left early.

    It was a struggle to find, there’s absolutely no service to connect to in order to find the location, that’s the first thing. Next is that I didn’t get a email telling me the code to the door or anything so that took more time, having to call the help number and talking to them, still barely any service if none. We then received the code for the lockbox which had the house keys in, the code did not work. We tried many times and the lockbox wasn’t opening. Don’t know if it was broke or not because it looked like a piece was broken and missing. Eventually we got into the house by entering that code into the key pad. We got in and everything was nice and clean, there was even a note and some snacks. The chips that were in the box were expired. Overall it wasn’t the best experience, especially the struggle trying to even get into the house and the keys still being in the lockbox, without those we had to leave one door unlock, leaving our stuff at a chance to be getting stolen. Thankfully nothing was but as guests I feel like we shouldn’t have to do all of that, after hours of being in the car it would’ve been nice to simply unlock the door instead of waiting and struggling for another hour and a half. Again overall I wouldn’t recommend or try to stay fully in contact so that you know you have everything you need. That was my stay, writing this is hopes that the owners will do better.

    Single wide trailer renovated to look like cabin on the inside. Bring your own pillows and face clothes. Looks like photo's. Only issue was house cleaning and maintenance. 1. The front porch was not sweep when we arrived the deck chairs were plastic both needed cleaning one needed replaced. Porch light needed replaced and clock needed new battery. Other than having to sweep deck we enjoyed our base camp while visiting Yellowstone National Park.

    DO NOT RENT THIS VRBO. This listing is pure FRAUD. You cannot believe one single word of the listing for this property. It is NOT a cabin, it is an old trailer in a desolate park where you can't figure out if its an RV park, mobile home park, etc. . The listing says its a cabin with a fully 5 star equipped kitchen. It should a -5 star. There is no functioning can opener, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, and they only provided ONE dishtowel. If you have that at your home, why would you want to hand wash dishes on vacation. The first night in, we discovered all the falsehoods, plus the bed had clumps of hair on the sheets. Contacted the local housekeeping/property manager, who admitted the listing said cabin when it is in reality a Trailer. There is a 3rd party management company, EVOLVE, that supposedly handles complaints but after calling them, they sided with the owner and not me the consumer. I escalated to VRBO and they washed hands as well. Worst VRBO EVER! (so much more to tell...worst stay ever!)

    Property was clean and we (my fiancé and I) found it to be very convenient (25 minutes) to the west entrance to Yellowstone. Very quiet and cozy, and a short walk to the snake river. There is a grocery store fairly nearby (5 minute drive), and the property was well appointed with some essentials to facilitate cooking and eating there. Would recommend to others and would stay there again.
