Cozy Hideaway near Ludlow/Okemo. HOT TUB!!

Christopher, I just want to thank you for allowing us use of your home. It was truely the best get away weve ever had. Exactly as described hot tub was amazing and we thought the train was pretty cool! Thank you again!

Lovely place for a quick qetaway! Had everything we needed asd very clean. Hot tub and view was so relaxing too.

The cabin was the perfect cozy getaway for the weekend. It was clean, well stocked, and conveniently located to restaurants and shops. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evening. We had a really lovely stay and hope to be back again!

Cozy, clean & well appointed cabin in a great location! Close to everything but tucked back far enough to feel like you’re away from it all. Our family had everything we needed to enjoy the snowy nights in- plenty of amenities to cook, a warm gas stove and of course the hot tub. So glad we found this hideaway!

Everything was great.Maybe mention the staircase leading to upstairs bring very narrow for anyone who may have difficulty navigating narrow stairs.

The cabin was super cozy and was a perfect retreat for my family of four. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house is adorable and we had a great stay. We loved the hot tub and the kitchen was the most well stocked one I have stayed in (baggies, foil, all needed pots,pans and utensils. Very close to okemo (less than a 10 minute drive). Was perfect for me and my two kids. One thing to note is it is NoT a two bedroom home. All the beds are located in the loft area without any doors. For us this was totally fine and not an issue, but it wasn’t clear from the description and if people were expecting privacy they would be very disappointed.

I have been coming to this property annual. I keep coming back, because I truly love it! The cabin is extremely clean, cozy, and inviting. Also, stocked with the necessities. Located right outside of Ludlow, with plenty of activities and restaurants. We will be back. Highly recommend!

The place is really amazing! It’s beautiful and secluded. Very relaxing! I have nothing negative to say about the stay. BUT I do want to mention that if you (or those staying with you) are big, tall, or have mobility issues… this is not the place for you. The photos are accurate, but it is difficult to tell the size of some of the spaces. (Including the stairs)

This place is a little gem. The decor inside is so chic and rustic cute. The house was very clean and had everything we need. The hot tub was a nice touch and had lots of jets. The bedrooms are in one big loft upstairs and you have to bend down if you are tall but still perfect for a getaway.

Great location, quiet, nice fire pit and hot tub was perfect. We were able to bring our dog and just hang out on the porch all day. Listen to some quiet music, start a fire at night. Just perfect.

The hot tub was clean and the cabin was very private. The area was very beautiful with a pond, train tracks, and surrounding trees. When we arrived, we found trash sprawled at the end of the property, fresh (bear?) feces, and that the lock on the shed door was unsecured - missing hardware screws, so essentially unlatched. My husband was too tall to stand in the upper level of the house and we found the narrow stairs to be somewhat daunting. I liked the location and property very much and appreciate the opportunity to stay here.

This was our 2nd visit to this great property. Small and quaint , perfect for getting away for some peace and quiet!

It was our summer vacation with our family to Vermont and it happens to be our most favorite place to go! We loved the cabin. It was so cute and we enjoyed our stay! Vermont is a place to unwind and relax…..it’s our home away from home!

Loved the location...very clean....had everything we needed. Yes, the steps to the upstairs are steep but are doable with care. Also, the cabin sits back off the main road a bit so you feel very private but you do hear the traffic noise from the street.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s clean and we weren’t lacking for anything. However those stairs to the 2nd floor are treacherous.

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties but I think this was the best yet. So many small details were attended to in the cabin, it felt like home the entire time. Very well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. GREAT large dining table for eating and fun. Clean, usable outdoor furniture. Shower is now the inspiration for my upcoming home reno. Great for our family of three plus dog... steep steps to upstairs loft (not doable for dog or super tall people) but lovely space and comfortable sleeping arrangement. Plenty of towels and so clean throughout! Would return in a heartbeat!

House is cute and charming. Jacuzzi is fabulous. Property is abutted by a serene pond with charming bullfrogs singing at all times. Everything is well stocked with necessities, from spices to laundry detergent. Just a short drive to Ludlow and Okemo mountain. Note: bedroom on second floor does sleep six but it is one large loft bedroom so no real privacy from other vacationers. Also, anyone over 5'5 should exercise caution on the narrow stairs to the 2nd floor loft.

Excellent property - the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cooking needs. The place is very clean and well-maintained. The only drawback are the steep steps to the upstairs, but we old folks managed well enough.

Beautiful, private outdoor space/property. The inside had everything we needed for our stay. 2 of our dogs could get up and down the steep stairs but our 3rd, 12 year old dog had to be carried down.

Was a nice place to unwind and unplug from the city over the holiday weekend. Very clean and was homey.

this cabin was absolutely adorable. The kitchen was great size living room, small but cozy. The only thing I think we would like to call out is that the stairs to the loft bedrooms are quite steep be very careful. Everything was impeccably, clean, very cozy and comfortable. Hot tub was perfect and all instructions for both of the hot tub and exit were clear and easy to read.

Location was perfect. Cabin cute and comfortable. Pond was an amazing bonus with lots of cool birds. We had the best vacation there ever!

House was perfect. Close to Okemo and clean cute place. Owner was very responsive to texts and VRBO communication. Would take into account low ceilings in upstairs bedrooms if you are tall. Fireplace is gas. We would def stay again!

We loved our stay at this cabin. We came as two couples over Valentines Day Weekend, and went skiing at Okemo (less than 10min away). The cabin has everything you need for a cozy stay and the hot tub at night was delightful. The property manager, Christopher, was also extremely attentive and went above and beyond to help us out.

We had a great stay. Cabin was cozy and warm while it was cold and blustery outside. Hot tub was a welcome perk. Bed was comfy. Regulating the heat upstairs took a littlelittleexperimentation.but we gor it. Stairs are steep!

A few weeks ago my partner and I stayed at the Hideway Cabin for the fifth year in a row. We made this a yearly tradition of ours. I cannot say enough about the place! The cabin very clean and cozy. The kitchen and bedrooms are stocked with all the necessities. It is located only a few, short minutes from Ludlow's center of town. The hot tub is amazing. I love seeing the stars shining bright at night. Highly recommend!

The cabin is perfect for a relaxing Vermont experience. The hot tub was perfect and the area is so beautiful and quiet. We loved the large kitchen area and the quaint living room. 10/10 experience.

The house was beautifully done inside and felt much bigger than it is, great use of space! The yard was really well kept and large, loved the deck and hot tub, and so many great areas to hike and explore in the immediate area. Would definitely stay again!

Right on a main road for easy access to town, but also back a bit for lots of privacy and relaxation. Definitely recommended for others to give it a visit!

The property was real nice. Very clean. Not very accomodating for someone 6ft tall or more. The stairs were very steep to the loft i couldnt stand upright in. The hot tub was a great escape at the end of the day. Communication with the owner was quick when i had a few questions.

The cabin was super cute and cozy! It was very clean and well kept. It was a little bit off the main road, but far enough back so the noise from the traffic wasn't too bad. There's also train tracks behind. We only saw one train, but it wasn't long and not too noisy. The loft space was a little tight, especially if you're on the taller side, but the bed was super comfy! There were many appliances and utensils in the kitchen and the hot tub was just awesome after a long day of hiking! Thank you so much to Christopher for sharing his beautiful space with us! We had a great time and would definitely go back. Highly recommended!

House was adorable. Decor was great. The noise from the road and the train was louder than I expected, but if you're a fan of white noise like me, it won't bother you at all. Overall, I really loved it. The Cheese store down the road is a must visit!

Loved this cabin so much! It has everything you need in a beautiful private setting. The pond out front even has beavers. We had fun watching them while sitting on the deck. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Kitchen has everything except a toaster, which I found a little odd, but other than that everything was spotless and worked perfectly. Washer/Dryer was nice too. The loft is very tight! and is an open plan. No separate bedrooms. If you are a very tall person, you may not like it and the stairs are extremely steep and narrow. There are train tracks directly behind the house. We loved hearing a train roll through occasionally. It never came through late at night so we weren’t bothered by it. The only downside for us is that it is so far away from most attractions in VT. At least 1.5 to 2 hours. But if you want a quiet place away from the crowds until ski season, this place is perfect! I would definitely stay again.

Cute little cabin tucked away from the main road. Very clean, kitchen is quite spacious, and the hot tub was great.

Enjoyed our stay. Cottage was very clean (including the hot tub) and was fully stocked with everything we needed. Our fur baby loved the property too and had plenty of room to run. The only negative I could mention is that the stair to the loft is very steep and narrow and for elderly people who have trouble with stairs, this might not be the place for you. Probably should be mentioned in the listing, otherwise we really liked it.
