Wonderful cabin. Everything was perfect!

Our unit was very clean, lots of pillows on a comfortable king-sized bed, but there were insect or mouse traps in kitchen and master bathroom. Also the bathroom shower had an annoying drip leak.

This was a AWESOME CABIN, my moms first out of town experience and she was amazed! Will be staying with them in the future. Very clean and easy check in.

Had a wonderful stay here with my family of four. Beautiful clean cabin with lots of space. The pictures did no justice! We arrived earlier than expected and were allowed to check in early. The maintenance people were very welcoming. I wish I could have stayed longer. Definitely will be returning to this cabin in the near future!

We loved the layout of the cabin. It has steps down to the bedroom, but we loved it. We turned the hot tub down to 100 and it was excellent. We would stay there again and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

We loved our stay. We had everything right there for us to get started on our stay like toiletries, paper towels, soaps and things.They were very thoughtful to those things. Even had coffee pods left out. The little things matter. Very beautiful, inside and out. We were very happy with our stay.

Host was great at communicating before we arrived. After arriving our gas grill was oit of gas and she brought another tank over.

This wasn’t our cabin. This one wasn’t available and after booking a larger cabin, it was not available due to extreme cold temps. The host put us in a very nice cabin.

The host and the cabin were excellent. We have no complaints. The host was helpful and available if needed and the cabin was perfect! It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We will be booking again for future stays!

Cabin was really clean. Only issue was an unwashed cup in the pantry, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Easy booking and check in with a email code. Great location within a mile of activities and restaurants. Rustic and cozy . Needs a major deep cleaning . Bed was comfortable. Things just felt dirty. Carpet on stairs and downstairs. Hot tub is old and didn’t look clean . Weird smell throughout cabin of just old a musky . Plenty of towels and wash rags. Kitchen utensils & things old cheap. Appliances old and need deep cleaned. No views . You stay here to have a cabin feel but not be far away from things to do .

Everything was better than expected. A 10 out of 10! Stacy, the property manager, was excellent also. We loved the downstairs bedroom with the fireplace. The hot tub was an added plus. And we were right under the big Cross in Pigeon Forge! A perfect place for 2, maybe 3. Again, it was spotless.I'm ready to go back any day. Also, the cabin is beautifully decorated with antique farm equipment and the bears just add to the atmosphere. Great cabin and a great property manager.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was very clean and well taken care of. It felt very welcoming. The owners and property manager were great with communication before our stay. I will say the parking is tricky if you have a larger size vehicle. And we were hoping it would be decorated for Christmas since it was after Thanksgiving. But we will definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place for our 35th anniversary. It was very quiet and restful. The cabin is so cute decorated with the bear theme. It was also very convenient to grocery stores and other activities. We hope we can come back for another stay in the future!

Our family stayed 3 nights at the couples cabin. Upon our arrival, the upstairs bathroom toilet was spraying water on the wall. My husband quickly fixed it. The overall interior appearance and home decor, felt like home. The cabin was very clean minus the couch pull out mattress cover. But they did provide clean sheets. We really enjoyed the hot tub, although it needs some updating. The control panel was cracked as well as all the buttons. I loved that the cabins were close to all the attractions. They provided extra towels, wash clothes and pillows as well as good quality soaps. I also LOVED the double shower head. I love that there is a full kitchen and to my surprise they had a pizza cutter, which came in handy. The patio dinning area was lovely. The couples bed was big and comfy. There is a fireplace but we didn’t get a chance to try it. We will be staying here again, next time we will check out the community pool and hot tub.

This was a wonderful little cabin to stay in. The bed was super comfortable and was very cozy. The cabin was well stocked with all the needed linens and products. The hot tub was amazing and it was nice having the fan above the hot tub. Overall we really enjoyed staying there and would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. The cabin is exactly what we saw in the pictures but even more cozy and cute in person. We loved all the little decor (we stayed the 1st weekend in january and there was Christmas decor and a tree up) all around the house. The cabin was located so conveniently to all the attractions in pigeon forge.

Our family stayed a quick 2 nights, but we did not want to leave! The cabin is perfect for a small family! It's in close proximity to everything! We stayed during our visit to Dollywood. We enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, and coziness of the cabin. The owner was so kind and responsive as well. We can't wait to visit again!!

We've stayed numerous times in cabins in Pigeon Forge, but always around the Dollywood area. This time we thought we'd try further north. The location for us was perfect. The management company personnel (Sunny, for example) were very friendly and polite. However, we had the following issues:1) The only dining room table was on an outside (screen porch). This was a working vacation for us, and we expected to be able to plug in laptops, monitors, etc. inside. Unfortunately, no deal.2) There were kitchen barstools to sit at in the kitchen, but the one my wife sat on, broke while she was sitting on it and she fell. She's all of 110 pounds so it definitely wasn't her weight. The stool turned out to be missing a bolt so it was only a matter of time.3) There were no outlets indoors at a sitting area other than the kitchen counter, and that was too shallow to put a computer and monitor on.4) The cabin was quite dark, even with every single light on.Other people may not mind some of these things (except #2, of course). For us, we'll return to our preferred cabins near Dollywood next year.
