Cozy Fireside Cottage - The Rock

It was a nice cozy place and not far from the place we want to hike.

Very clean cosy cabin, nice there was no tv except dvd. Did not mind at all. Nice walks around the property, lots of hiking trails with in a close drive. Great place relax!

We had a terrific stay. Cabin had everything we needed and the area is beautiful in the winter.

A great stay as usual!!

We spent five nights at the cottage, including Christmas Eve. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the quality of service. Warm, clean, and well-equipped, everything we could possibly need was available in the cottage. Jason, Jen, and Jodi are really friendly and very accommodating. We even received our Christmas card on the 25th! We will definitely keep this address in mind for future trips!

We love these cabins and the people who run them. They are the perfect getaway spot for our family.

We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation! The cabins have a number of amenities in order for you to live like you're at home. We used everything, the bbq, all the kitchen tools supplied, we used the wood stove plenty, and the outdoor fire pits. The location, layout and overall esthetic of the property is beautiful. The cabins are absolutely spotless as well, everything is detail cleaned and well maintained. We are very impressed with our stay, the owners clearly take a lot of pride in their property and this business. We would highly recommend Expanse Cottages to everyone. Thanks for allowing us to make wonderful memories this past weekend!!

This was our second annual weekend getaway and we have found our happy place to be just us two girls. We really enjoyed our weekend in The Rock! The solitude was so nice and the well marked trails offered a pleasant walk. We will be back! !being willback!

Our stay here surpassed our expectations. A beautiful location close to beautiful walking/ biking trails, beautiful lakes and falls. The cabin was cozy, very clean and had everything needed to cook meals. We would highly recommend and we hope to come back for another stay.

Beautiful property and wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at the Rock! The cabin was even better than the photos online. This was the perfect place for a quiet getaway with nature and adventures right outside our door. We loved the privacy of the cabin and all the deer we spotted in the area. There were so many lakes, waterfalls and great hikes only minutes away. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful stay Even though the weather was crisp the stove was ideal Eberything a person needed for a little getaway. Bring your own condiments and dvds or you can rent/purchase as desired Absolutely loved the coziness of this quiet and lovely place
