Cozy Family Friendly Lodge, 2 Games Rooms, Hot Tub, EV Charger

Greated with a nicely decorated, clean and organized space. Plenty of room to service separate families staying together. Was nice to have baby/toddler items and play area. Appreciated shower/ toilet paper laundry and kitchen items.Good to stay and enjoy the things available ( hot tub not usable at the time) but also convenient to downtown and exploring Prescott. Great contact with owners. Discussed some repairs with owner ( dishwasher, shower noise, kitchen basics and lighting) and overall a good place to stay.

Hey there. Here’s what we have to say about your place. Looks like you need a new spring for the garage door because that was slight issue. Television in the main room did not work properly. The bottom rack on the dishwasher needs new rollers. A little difficult to navigate the place too…The hot tub was nice and the massage chair was also a nice touch. Outdoor fire pit area was relaxing.

Third time I have rented this property. Great location just across the street from Safeway. Lots of trees and wildlife. Highly recommend this Home which I call a cabin the grandkids love the downstairs game room and playroom. Good communication with the host.

What a wonderful time we had in Prescott for my grandfather‘s funeral. The home was spacious and accommodating for the seven of us staying. My one and a half-year-old had a blast with all of the toys and my five and 10-year-old were in clubhouse heaven in the garage with the Shuffleboard pool table and TV room. The hot tub was everything we needed after a long day. Super close to everything happening in Prescott would absolutely recommend and stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a fantastic time! The home was clean and had everything! We enjoyed the game room and jacuzzi. We felt tucked away in the trees yet it was just 2 minutes from the grocery and a few more for downtown. Fantastic stay! Welcoming and reached out to check on us. Thank you so much. The house was extremely spacious and comfortable. Great fire pit area in the backyard. Excellent patio to grill and enjoy the outdoors.

location was perfect,disapointment in cleanness of house minor things such as fire pit area could have been better broken blue chair not picked up before we arrived, broken shower knob, EV charger not working properly, INDOOR WOOD BURNING NOT CLEANED OUT before we arrived. Dishwasher leaked when used , and left over shower products were left out.

Very family friendly cabin with lots of activities. Location was amazing! Cabin felt comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

My family loved our stay at this charming home! It was clean and the extensive sleeping space is lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed all sitting together at the large kitchen table for meals and card games. Speaking of games, we had a blast playing all of the table games. This, with the hot tub and fire pit sets this property apart. Super fun!

Great place to stay with many things to do as adults and with kids! The space was well used and the house was close to stores and not far from downtown. Great communication and responsive with manager!

Great house! We had 3 couples traveling together. Plenty of room. We loved having a separate bathroom for each couple. A place to unwind after sightseeing all day and going to the rodeo at night. Outside was very relaxing. Washer and dryer was great. This house has everything you will ever need while staying in Prescott. Owners were great to work with.

I stayed with a group of 8th graders for a class trip to AZ and the home had plenty of space to accommodate us. The children loved the game room and other tables games throughout the house. Those who enjoyed quieter activities liked reading on the comfy couches, outdoor chairs and hammock. The house was close to a lot of the activities we did.

This home had everything we needed and was close to downtown Prescott. There was plenty of room for our large family. The kitchen was well stocked and even had good knives (which is rare for a rental). The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. Very nice property.

Great place for family with young children Games galore and just a block from groceries and less than a mile from downtown Prescott. Perfect location to shopping and activities. Great owner communications. Would definitely rebook on next trip.

My son lives in Prescott Valley. I live in San Diego came out with the grandkids to celebrate Thanksgiving. Great home lots of room lots of activities for the kids to do. The Property sits on the edge of a creek each day. We saw deer and turkeys great location across from Safeway as well With lots of trees around it so you feel secluded. We will definitely stay again.
