Stayed Feb 13, 2026Every thing was great, couldn’t get the fire place working but overall we enjoyed our stay. Everything was close by it’s about 10-15 mins to Gatlinburg welcome center where you can take the trolley to all the stores.

Stayed Jul 28, 2025My daughter stayed four nights and we loved. She slept on the pullout sofa and I had the bed. It was comfortable and cozy. We were also close to so many of the things we wanted to do. We could even see the fireworks at dollywood from the balcony! I highly recommend this place. We also wanted to thank the owner for being so responsive and making the stay easy and efficient.
