Absolutely no response from property management/staff when I reached out to them as a courtesy regarding a personal concern with the stay. I feel this is a significant expression of ignorance and complete lack of professional decorum on the management's behalf. I should have taken note of the numerous negative reviews for the property as well as the management's response to those reviews. Each response redirects all accountability from themselves and is bereft of any sincerity.

Needs a bit of updating - no vibe, loft seemed quite dangerous stairs were practically straight up. Motion lite would not shut off. Area around toilet felt like in was going to fall through floor. No hairdryer, no back blind on back door, bed doesn’t sleep 2 adults. View of lake was nice. We left day early because of all the issues made it not enjoyable.

Perfect for a weekend getaway. Easy check in/check out, very clean and cozy, great Wi-Fi (which was very surprising), essentials available. Beautiful view of the lake. Will definitely be returning one day!

Pretty cute rustic cabin close to the lake and not too far from Plain or Leavenworth. The microwave didn’t work and most of the dishes were dirty when we got there and unfortunately the lighter for the bbq was empty. Location near the lake was amazing and the cabin worked well for two people with a dog.

Quiant, cozy cabin. Tidy and neat. Loved the amount of hooks to hang towels, coats, caps and wet clothes. Please ask for clarification on where to access the lake shore, because I forgot to ask before hand, and it is definitely canoe friendly. It is literally across the road from the cabin, down a quick path. Would appreciate the windows screens to be updated, because there were so many mosquitoes during our Summer stay, and of course extra airflow would help to keep cool. And you may or may not have little froggies pop through your shower drain. They were very cute, but it was a bit surprising. All appliances worked well, clean linens, towels and floors. Hotel style mini shampoo/lotions were lovely. Hot water during showers that lasted for multiple people. Overall enjoyed our stay, and would love to come again.

I really wanted to give 5 stars, but couldn't do it for one major reason. As other reviewers have noted, the stairs are really steep, nothing more than a glorified ladder to the second floor. The good thing is, you never actually have to use them. Everything needed is downstairs. There's actually a bedroom downstairs across from the bathroom, the perfect master bedroom. The problem with the bedroom, however, is that it's a bunk bed up against the wall, which makes for climbing over each other necessary, making it really uncomfortable. This is the reason I couldn't give it five stars. I don't understand the reasoning of having an awesome master bedroom where the primary couple can stay, with a kid's bed to sleep in. We did anyway, because we didn't want to use the ladder to the second floor. And nothing against the home, but another word of warning for those wanting to stay. The mosquitos are swarming. You walk outside and immediately get swarmed by at least 20 mosquitoes each. So, be sure to bring repellent.

There was nearly nobody around the weekend we went, which was great. The house had a few issues. The floor in the bathroom surrounding the toilet was suspect at best. It felt like it could give way at any moment. There were some sugar ants in the kitchen. The lockbox outside wouldn’t actually lock when we tried to leave the key. Those issues were relative annoyances, however, the inability for our dog to access the upstairs because the stairs were at a terrible angle meant we all had to sleep in the bunk beds downstairs. The microwave nearly blew up when we attempted using it. And we received zero responses from property management. The responses we received from Vacasa were prewritten blurbs that showed they literally didn’t even read my messages at all until I asked point blank if they had. So annoying!

First we had trouble finding the property, granted it was late at night but there were few markings that could be seen from the street. Then we noticed the amount of unshoveled snow both in the driveway and on the porch. We continued to park in the driveway hoping it would be ok. It was not as we got stuck in the driveway. We called the helpline for some assistance in getting the driveway properly plowed but nothing came of it. Had to get towed by a friendly neighbor and nearly missed a reservation dealing with this issue. There were ants in the kitchen and the stairs are not child or mobility-friendly. Overall a fun trip but the accommodations were a little disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very cozy and rustic with a great view of the lake. We loved the beach too. We also enjoyed the hike to Hidden Lake. The stairs were more manageable than expected. The dining room light was out. But other than that, it was a perfect little get away in early October.

I really enjoyed my time at this cabin. The easement trail down to the water was fabulous. My dogs and I swam down there every day. I wish that the dock had not been pulled up already, but that’s OK. It was clean, quiet, and well described on the website. However, I think that, the website photos should be updated.
