Great Stay – Just What We Needed!We had a great time at this place! It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few meals, and the whole space just felt really welcoming. The location was super convenient — close to shops, restaurants, a fun water park, and a beautiful river spot ( walking distance) where we spent a lot of time just relaxing and enjoying the scenery.Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful. Honestly, no complaints. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Just as advertised, everything was neat and clean. Great little cabin for 3 or 4 people that want to go float the river. Cabin is directly behind Texas Tubes for super easy access. The cabin is also within short walking distance to downtown strip.

We stay in these cabins just about every time we are in New Braunfels. They are clean, quiet and a 3 minute walk to downtown. We highly recommend them!

The cottage is very cozy & beautiful, it was definitely perfect for our mother/daughter weekend! The cottage was conveniently located to downtown, shopping and eateries in New Braunfels. We walked to Día de los Muertos celebration and festivities downtown. We drove less than 20 miles to the shops in Gruene, TX . Thank you again for your kindness and thoughtfulness during our stay. This was the perfect place for me and two friends! We had other family stay in a cabin as well. Veronica, the property manager, was quick to respond with my questions! Very clean, cute property with a seamless check in and check process. We highly recommend, and will definitely stay here again when visiting New Braunfels! It is so close to all the places!!

The cutest cabin, perfect for a weekend getaway. The location is perfect. You can walk down to Texas tubes and even walk to restaurants downtown. The cabin was clean and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Veronica was very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. We will be definitely be staying again in the future.

Very clean and tiny but was great for the weekend! Very close to the water and tube rental.

Honestly could not have asked for a better location. Texas tubes is literally a few feet away, and we even walked to the street with all the bats with no problem. Would even consider bringing a big geoup and renting each of the little cabins! Highly recommend staying here!!

The pullout bed is not comfortable at all. Used my blow up mattress because of the springs sticking me in the back and the bar across the back. Other than thaT it’s a lovely place. Would like to know about other cabins that have more beds instead of pullout couch.

We loved our stay! The cabins are beyond cute and the location is PERFECT. You are steps away from Texas Tubes to float the Comal, and walking distance from lots of bars and restaurants. We were also able to walk to fireworks for the 4th of July. We were visited by deer multiple times, and even saw babies! Truly can’t say enough good things about this place!

I understand why this place has such a high rating. It's even cuter than the pictures show. It was completely spotless. The location is just perfect to celebrate our daughter turning 12. No rowdy neighbors to worry about and we read that there are noise rules after 10 p.m. which we appreciate as we are all light sleepers. It was me and my boyfriend and our 2 kids aged 11 and 5 and the perfect size for us. Host gave us some tips for how to get on the water as we are first-timers. That was really nice. Deer came up to the property a couple of times per day and that was exciting to see. I wouldn't change a thing!

We absolutely loved the hospitality and location was top notch. We will definitely be back!!

Very relaxung and close to everything

My 10 year old and I came down for Miranda Lambert & a mother daughter weekend. The host was so sweet, communicated well and even gave restaurant recommendations. This was the perfect size for the 2 of us, decorated so nicely. There’s no closet, but a plethora of hooks on the walls and hangers, we had no issues with it. We enjoyed coffee and watching the deer in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

We love this place we will be back in August.
