Cozy Boulder Cabin • Close to downtown

Wonderful, well-kept, nicely decorated property! Our trip was family centered so it was great to have home comforts such as washer/dryer, kitchen tools, and coffee makers. We were able to run out for some groceries very close by as well. Beds were ultra comfy and rooms were able to choose individual temp of their liking. Driveway and parking was a little challenging due to steepness and boulders, but I think we just aren’t used to that kind of thing. Overall, I can’t say how wonderful this choice was for our stay. Thank you!

Welcoming hosts and amenities

This home was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, felt very secluded yet not far from places to go. It was clean, and just had a wonderful atmosphere. It was a very relaxing stay, with the hot tub and the fire pit and bring able to grill our own dinner. We hope to make repeat visits!

This was my very first time ever renting an Vrbo and I was so nervous about it but the owner of this home is so professional and responded quickly to any questions I had plus kept me informed along the way. The home itself is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown attractions. This home is Very well maintained, exceptionally clean, home decor was very nice and looks so adorable. The owner has thought of everything you may need for your stay which was so nice! I Highly recommend this home and will stay here again next time I am in the area!

Beyond beautiful. This cabin envelopes you in modern luxury - nice linens, custom bedding, mattress you sink into, design and decor, warmth, lighting, and a hot tub experience is truly restorative … but these details do not, in any way, take away from the rustic experience that you’re looking for with a cabin stay. The hosts have thought of everything. I mean EVERYTHING. If you enjoy staying in, making home-cooked meals for your tribe and cozying up by a fireplace, this is your home away from home. Our only hangups - the exterior cameras (we’re very private people, and seeing cameras upon arrival is a bit off-putting - though we do understand the necessity of protecting your investment.) And the driveway. Big vehicles are problematic, and street parking is non-existent. (We’re young, and traveling alone so NBD. But if we had disabled or elderly folk in our party, this wouldn’t have been ideal.) Five stars for this property, despite the cameras and parking. The hosts were kind, gracious and communicative. We will be back!!

Downstairs bedroom with nearby bathroom was perfect for Grandma. The upstairs king was so comfy we ordered one when we got home!

Property was clean and very well stocked. Plenty of space for our party of 6. Very close to lots of places to see - Hiking, parks, downtown, the zoo. Hosts were very responsive to messages and had communication regarding check in and check out

We enjoyed our stay this weekend. The house is kept very clean. The backyard and spa had a very relaxing atmosphere. Great communication from the manager. Would highly recommend for a place to stay when in Prescott.

Took our daughter to college and we wanted to stay a few extra days. We picked this house because it looked nice and the hot tub. Man… we are so glad we did. This home had everything we needed, very clean , easy check in and out. The host was great to work with. The back yard was our favorite part. Just beautiful and peaceful. Will stay here again

The house is absolutely amazing and beautiful. Everything you could possibly need is included. My truck didn’t fit under the carport which is at the top but our regular sized Tundra fit for the most part. There was a spot to park at the bottom of the driveway which worked great. Neighborhood is very clean and hardly any noise. Would defiantly stay again.

House was perfect location for everything in town and was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Prescott and would book again if we come back to town.

Our family of 4 all loved the Boulder Cabin! It was clean, comfortable and had all the extras you would ever want. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen complete with a ton of different spices. All of the beds were comfortable and had really soft, high quality linens. The back yard hot tub and fire pit were relaxing. The cabin’s proximity to town and grocery stores was perfect. Also, Prescott is a great base camp for visits to Sedona, Flagstaff and The Grand Canyon. This place was perfect! Many thanks to the host!
