1 of 6 new stunning A-frame cabins located in Chattanooga Valley, Georgia ON the bluff overlooking Lookout Mtn! This 2,200 sqft, 3 BR 3 BATH home will impress you every step of the way with its bluff views and inviting farmhouse architectural design. Our ONLY dog friendly a-frame for 2 dogs max under 50lbs (read our dog rules below). The home produces a one-of-a-kind escape into nature, with incredible views indoors and outdoors during every season!

Our Favorite Things About This Home:
We have recently added GOATS! There are 8 total goats on the hillside below the A-Frames that guests are welcome to pet and love on during your stay. We provide a small bag of treats and grain for guests to feed them as well. Such a fun experience to add to your vacation! Not only does this home reside in a stunning location, but it is also VERY conveniently located only 12 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga! You will love the open-concept floor plan with wood tongue and groove vaulted ceilings in the living room, kitchen, and dining room, as well as on the back balcony deck spaces. Enjoy the gas fireplace and 6-person hot tub as you relish in the luxurious accommodations of this home! Take in the phenomenal 180-degree views from the hot tub and enjoy the impressive theater room with a projector, full double bunks, and a arcade game! An added bonus is that there are smart TV's in every bedroom and there is high speed internet available with 250 MBPS. Lastly, this home is very spacious and family friendly! There is a pack n'play provided at the house, extra plasticware in the kitchen for kids, games downstairs, a stair gate on the main level and white noise machines in every bedroom!

Home Layout:
As you come in the front entryway, on the right is the laundry room, and on the left if the Queen bedroom with a Smart TV and walk-in closet. Directly across from the bedroom there is a full bathroom with a standing tile shower. As you continue down the hallway, you will find the open concept living room, kitchen and dining area with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and instant views of the mountain scenery. Through the sliding glass doors is the back balcony deck with plenty of comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and more tongue and groove wood walls and ceilings. Up the stairs you will find a cozy King loft bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, standing shower, and closet space. Head downstairs and there is a theater room with a projector, full double bunk beds, and a foosball table! Several board games are provided. The final King bedroom is also downstairs with an ensuite bathroom and tub/shower comb. This bedroom offers glass sliding doors to capitalize on the views and through those doors is a back patio with a 6-person hot tub with more 180-degree views!

GOATS:
There are 4-5 adorable friendly goats that come right up to the back porch of the A-Frame down by the hot tub. You are welcome to pet them and love on them through the fence! We leave a complimentary bag of grain for our guests to feed them during your stay. Ring the bell and they will know you have grain!

Important Things to Know:
1. Parking: MAX amount of parking available on the asphalt pad is for 3 larger vehicles. There is no street parking since this property is on the bluff and sits right off Ridgeland Road.
2. Dogs:This is the ONLY dog friendly A-Frame for up to 2 dogs max under 50lb. You will be responsible for following all of our dog, friendly rules including: NO dogs on any furniture including the beds, dogs must be leashed at all times outside of the home, Dogs MUST be crated if left in the house without supervision.
3. Hot Tubs: Hot tub maintenance is very important and it's something that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us.
4. Lady Bugs: You may see some lady bugs in the home. Majority of the homes in this area have them. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of! Thankfully, they are harmless! But please know you will most likely see ladybugs in the home during your stay.

    Lovely cabin and layout! Sunrise and sunset views were the best part. 15-20min drive from everything. Mr. Ts Pizza down the street delivers to the address :)

    We enjoyed our stay. Very spacious place and very clean. Loved the hot tub. Lots of new construction to the back and several older homes out the front, so the view is not as scenic as I expected, but still nice. We loved the proximity to Chattanooga with the feel of being in the mountains.
