The space is a quaint and cozy cottage with all of the essentials provided. You overlook common area and have access to a great front porch at the Lakeview Inn. Sit back and take in the views.
The Neighborhood:
Weirs Beach is an area within the northern part of the city of Laconia in Belknap County, New Hampshire, United States. It is located on the southern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee.
Weirs Beach, or "The Weirs" as it is referred to by locals, is named for a wide, sandy, public beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. Adjacent to the beach and comprising the center of the village are a boulevard and boardwalk that run along a quarter mile stretch of Lakeside Ave.
The main summer port of the Winnipesaukee Flagship Company's MS Mount Washington is located on the boulevard. A large public dock is a popular stop for boaters on Lake Winnipesaukee.
The Weirs Beach area also contains the Winnipesaukee Playhouse, Funspot Family Fun Center, Mount Washington Cruises, the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad, Weirs Drive-In Theater, and Half Moon Amusement Arcades. There is always fun to be had at Weirs Beach.

We are 4 miles from Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion (11min via car)
We are within walking distance to the lake and other attractions around the weirs. We have onsite parking for guests.
Cozy and quaint! Close to everything, nice view of the lake and the price was reasonable. The owner is lovely! She is just a real genuine person...a pleasure to meet. We enjoyed our weekend stay so much we booked again for next month!
