Great clean condo in Laconia. Easy access, and comfortable. Kitchen with everything you need. Nice to see this is pet friendly for future bookings. It was wonderful in for our December stay, I’m sure it’s great in the warmer months with a pool on site! Recommend & would book again.

The room layout was great for us since we had our baby daughter with us. She was able to sleep comfortably in the kids room and we were able to be undisturbed (with the monitor!) in the master bedroom.

Great area to stay.. quiet at this time of year

The condo was spacious and very quiet had all the amenities we needed including a pool. Unit was clean and comfortable. Only concern was hallway light would sometimes go out making it hard to see the lock box to retrieve the key, but this is more a concern for the condo association.The weekend was great and had a blast….

Great place in an excellent location. Bed was really comfortable! Loved that it had hard wood floors and a walk out to the back yard. Our dog also loved that.

Clean, cozy 2 bedroom in condo complex with beautiful grounds, especially a large and pool and pool deck. Great spot for a family that is adjacent to Kellerhaus. Host very communicative and kind. We will stay again.

Great stay, will book again!

The unit was very nice - clean, well furnished with plenty of room. Wish the weather had been a little nicer, but it's spring! The unit is on the ground floor so we found the floors to be extremely cold. Some area rugs might be a nice touch! There are no outlets in the bathrooms, so that was a little inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Laconia and the accommodations were fine.

Beds were super comfortable and although we literally just slept and showered, location was perfect, house was clean and neat

Had a great stay with family at the condo. It's roomy, well kept up and very clean. The area is very close to Wiers beach. We had a really nice boat ride on the Mt. Washington. Nice little shops to walk through nearby in Meredith.

This place was absolutely perfect for our long weekend getaway. We loved how accommodating they were for our dog, and the walk out back yard was perfect! Our son loved the bunk beds, and our bed was very comfortable. The layout makes the kitchen, living room, and dining room spaces feel connected and flows nicely. They also had a bunch of DVD’s available which was so kind as we had an unexpected rainy day. It’s so close to so many things! We spent a lot of time at Fun Spot and Weirs Beach, and this place is so conveniently located that we could just “pop home” to eat our meals.
