Stayed Feb 1, 2026The house was dirty and smelled like old garbage. Nothing was clean. Dirty sheets with unmade beds, dirty used bath towels. Do not recommend. Four hours away from home with no place to go

Stayed Feb 5, 2026Amazing cabin. Beautiful wooded lot. Cabin was superwarm and welcoming. Nice and close to lots of restaurants and the other activities but you dont feeel like your anywhere near town. Would definitely come back.

Stayed Jul 23, 2025Not only was the cabin very clean and homey but the customer service was outstanding! We had issues with the hot water the first night we were there and she sent someone out immediately to take care of it. Her response to our emails were quick and very friendly. Overall, this was an excellent stay!

Stayed Oct 9, 2024This is our second stay at this home. Overall great location and place to stay in the Vermilion area, close to the lake and boat launch if you want water or ice access. Overall very clean and has everything you need for a few day get away. Garage is still used by owner or someone else, gave us a little surprise when someone started moving vehicles around one morning (maybe I missed that in the listing). A few things could use some replacement/fixing - but not a deal breaker. Will stay there again and hoping to use as a snowmobile destination this winter.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024Overall it’s a cute little cabin. Sink in kitchen not working and no hot water. We looked forward to cooking many meals on our stay and couldn’t really. The grill was dirty and we cleaned it but didn’t use it. Bathroom needs a better cleaning job if you are gonna charge that much for cleaning.

Stayed Sep 23, 2024The property was the perfect size for two adults and our dog. There was short walk down to the dock to view the bay which has gorgeous sunsets. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We highly recommend!

Stayed May 19, 2024House is in a good location in relation to Lake Vermillion, casino activities, and restaurants. Just the right size for a family of 4. The house does have a on demand water heater that wasn't always working correctly.
