Charming Beachouse Getaway on Historic Sunset Beach

Very great place. 3 minutes to the beach and was great spot close to our family reunion that weekend. I will definitely book again. 10 stars if possible!!!

Sweet and charming cottage. Nice that there's a yummy coffee and small menu cafe less than 1/2 mile walk away. Host was very responsive and kind. Felt like we were staying at our very clean grandma's cottage

We liked the location and the quietness of the area.

This house was perfect for the three nights we were there. It was clean, cute and had everything we needed to enjoy the nearby beach. Very nice walking paths nearby as well. There is a delicious bakery at the end of the street with fresh daily baked goods.

Very cozy place in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the cabin had everything we needed. Seaside is a short drive away for those who want activities but we found walking to the beach from the cabin very pleasant. We would stay here again.

Charming is the word! What a lovely spot to rest and relax after fun on the nearby trails and beaches. Thank you to Jana for keeping everything so tidy and for thinking of everything (buckets! kites! an outside faucet) a young family could need.

The house was cute and perfect for us. It was in a quiet and peaceful area. Close to sunset beach and the little cafe nearby across from the playground was great for my toddlers. Waking up to the elk across the street was also a nice sight. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Sunset Beach the week we were there. The house was rustic, charming, and had a historic feel. It had all the amenities that we needed for our family’s low-key vacation. We were very close to the beach, so that made it easy to get to, and the beach itself was not crowded during our time there, which was great. We loved exploring all the cute towns around Warrenton such as Astoria, Cannon Beach, and Seaside.

Great location and cute cottage

We recently stayed just a few nights at this cute little house. Home was clean and comfortable. Location was just outside of Seaside and about thirty minutes from Canon Beach. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunset at the beach just a few minutes away from the house. I wish we would of more time. Thank you for sharing your home with us, if visiting again I would love to stay again.

Very well looked after, older home. Was comfortable and in a quiet area. Loved the pastry shop just down the road.

Host makes checkin and check out super easy. The listing is extremely accurate. Quick and easy access to the beach. Is also a great central location for seeing all that’s near by. Totally recommend this place. The only thing that could be added seasonally is a dehumidifier.

We loved our stay at Jana's beach cottage. It was very clean and has everything we needed and was very well stocked. Communication was prompt and great with the host when we needed some help with the television. We loved being so close to the beach, Fort Stevens, and Astoria! We would love to stay here again!

This little beach house was perfect for exploring the Astoria area. It is in a very quiet location. There are walking trails nearby for relaxing at the end of the day. The house is cute and had everything we needed for our stay. Jana was great at communicating at each step from booking to check out. We will stay here again if we visit the area.

This is the cleanest, most restful and peaceful place we have ever stayed. It had every amenity we wanted. Directions were simple and clear. Coffee shop right down the street on the way to the beach. A perfect place for three or four adults or a small family. Perfect for us two friends!

We booked this property for our son and his new bride for their honeymoon and they loved their stay! They said it was the perfect location to adventure out around the area and it was a nice neighborhood with easy walking access to the beach. The home had provided everything needed to cook their own meals and enjoy spending time with one other. They would definitely visit again!!

Great home with nice seaside themed furnishing. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Great base for lots of activities in the area.

Just as represented

A clean and well kept property, a very short drive or pleasant hike from the beach (very close to the last section of the fort to coast trail) the neighborhood was quiet and seemed to be more locals than tourists. There is a coffee shop for lunch or breakfast a few blocks away with good pastries and serviceable, coffee. I didn't see any other stores or restaurants in the area, but as a base to drive to area attractions this was perfect. The beach itself has lots of vehicle traffic, something I forgot happens at many sections of the Oregon coast and I am not really a fan of, but I was easily able to drive to other areas where vehicles can't access the beach. If I have a complaint it's that the blinds in the bedrooms don't keep light out at all in the mornings, but there's nothing that would keep me from recommending it.

Thank you for a great getaway. My wife loved the accommodations. The quaint beach house feel is homey and inviting. Clean, cute, smelled nice… It was a great location for us while our son played in a volleyball tournament in Seaside. Less then 15 minutes from everything in seaside and much more peaceful and relaxing. We will stay here again next year if it’s available. Beautiful but longer then expected walk to beach. We usually drove.

This is our second trip to this place, we came back because we enjoyed ourselves so much the first time. If you like quaint, cottage feel, this is your kind of place!

This was a girlfriend's week and it was not a disappointment. We were so impressed with how clean the house was. It was very well stocked, the owners were Quick to reply with any questions. The beach right around the corner! I would definitely rent this house again!
