Awesome time. Beautiful cabin and property, extremely relaxing.
Good
We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Modern cabin with all of the amenities you could need. We look forward to staring here in the future.
Perfect. Everything you need. Solitude, great views, lots of room to roam. We enjoyed the back roads and lesser traveled places surrounding this wonderful cabin and location.
Great place to stay . Highly recommend.
Cabin was beautiful, and the location was awesome. Nice and peaceful.
My husband and I stayed at this cabin for a little vacation getaway for our wedding anniversary/birthdays. It was truly amazing! We loved how private the property was. On a quiet peaceful back road in the woods with absolutely stunning scenery! Saw so many deer and other wild life! Whether you go out the front porch or back porch, beautiful views and loved watching the hummingbirds flying up to the feeder! So much room for our dogs to run, they also loved it! The cabin itself was so cozy, felt like home! We didn’t want to leave! So clean, comfortable, and just beautiful. We would love to come back and visit someday, it was absolutely perfect! The owners take such good care of this home, and they provided goodies and a sweet little note that made us smile when we arrived. Absolutely loved the whole experience. It was also very helpful that they had menus for local restaurants and things to do, it helped give us some input on where to go and places to visit! I couldn’t have been happier with this experience and stay, my husband and I (and our pups) fell in love with this place. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this cabin if you are looking to get away and have a relaxing, peaceful vacation! We hope to visit again in the future!
What a great place to relax & spend labor day weekend with my fiancee & Hank Jr. The wonder dog!!! Magnificent porch to enjoy the view! We will be back!
This was a great place for our family to spend some good quality time together. The cabin was very clean and had so many extras, we probably didn’t need to bring as much as we did. There were snacks left for us and even treats for our dog. Communication was excellent with Stephanie. I highly recommend staying here!
What a gorgeous property in a lovely part of the world. This home was the perfect base of operations for hiking and exploring hikes in Potter County and even farther afield; it was also a quick jaunt to Cherry Springs State Park for nighttime viewing. We were there in late March, and I can only imagine how beautiful in must be in kinder weather.
No better location east of the Mississippi to take a photo of the Milky Way or to see the stars! Bortle rating of 2, almost zero light polution. Property perfectly frames the Milk Way to the south between 2 hills. Great place for dogs to run off leash...39 acres...wow...
The cabin and property was everything we hoped it would be. Great location for fishing and hunting and had all the amenities you could ask for. Terry & Stephanie (owners) really lay out the welcome mat and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and appreciated. We will be returning for future stays
This cozy cabin at the edge of the woods is a truly wonderful place to decompress. The accommodations are warm and welcoming. There was little reason to go anywhere with the treats we kept finding in the cabin. Breakfast was easy and everything we needed was provided. The cabin is so quiet and the location allows easy star gazing and the perfect vantage point to see elk, deer, turkeys, etc. Wildlife is abundant and easy to see. The decks on both sides of the cabin offered panoramic views of the valley and the mountain. The bird house gave us opportunities to catch glimpses of birds and other wildlife. This cabin allowed us to decompress and was a fantastic place to enjoy life both day and night. A very nice place to call home for a day or week or longer.
Place was exactly as described .Peaceful and relaxing Perfect for getting off the grid. Plenty of places to fish close to cabin and places for us to ride side by side and ATVs
We’ve stayed in many beautiful vacation spots, but this one was among the very best, and exactly what we were hoping for: a gorgeous, immaculately kept base of operations in a quiet, remote setting. Perfect for hiking, bird watching, and excursions to nearby destinations.
