Stayed Feb 20, 2025Overall good bones and basics. Great host Britany, very responsive and cooperative. A fair amount of deferred maintenance at the property, faint occasional whiff of dead mice (coming up from basement owners area). Relatively small stuff like burned out bulb in oven, very slow draining tub/shower, missing some basic utensils like carrot peeler, no ice cube trays, refrigerator missing obviously broken pieces. Two propane grills in poor condition (but no charcoal grill) and a note that guests must bring their own propane tank! Overall still acceptable, I would rate a 7 on 1-10 scale and review details for how you want to use it. Nice fire pit with great view but we had to bring our own firewood and folding chairs since it is winter - but then we found plastic chairs under deck.
