Stayed May 24, 2025This is our third time staying at this property. The stay was very nice and relaxing. We had some hiccups at the beginning, but the quick response of Nikki made all the difference! We will definitely be staying again.

Stayed Jul 17, 2021This little cabin was the perfect getaway for a birthday. We were able to enjoy fresh cantaloupes aka Musca-melons. It was very enjoyable and secluded but close enough to go on a lot of hiking trails.

Stayed Jul 2, 2021The cabins are cute, adequate for camping. The cabins are close together (little closer than we usually like) but the noise ceased at 10 pm (as the rules state) so we didn't loose any sleep. The kids loved the slip and slide that was set up!! We had a good time!

Stayed Jun 11, 2021We rented this property for a girls weekend! We were road tripping from two locations and Iowa City happened to be in the middle - so we stumbled across this place online. I’m so glad we did! The property was spacious and had many amentities like volleyball, tether ball, trails, grills, etc. we were also close to Columbus Junction which had necessities like gas, store, and a few restaurants so we didn’t feel way out in the middle of nowhere. We went to Lake Macbride one day and it was perfect to be able to come back to our air conditioning and shower to relax after. The hosts were very friendly and attentive but didn’t crowd us. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for a relaxing, fun weekend away!

Stayed Jun 4, 2021We had a great time getting away from the city here as it is secluded but close enough to go places if we wanted. Everything was clean in the cabin and appreciated the hospitality of the family.
