Caz's cozy cabin in the Cascades

It exceeded our expectations!!!!!

The cabin was amazing! Host was kind and thoughtful and ensured we had an amazing stay with our small kids!

Everything was so comfortable and all of the cooking things we needed were easy to find. We made a roast and enjoyed working in the kitchen. The bed was super comfortable and the heat from the woodstove was just perfect in the snowstorm. Jules was wonderful from the moment we booked until checking out would definitely go back again.

This was my family's 2nd time staying at the cabin and we'll be back again. Jules is very communicative, friendly, helpful, and has made a genuine effort to ensure that our stay was pleasant each year.

everything is perfect about this cabin, it is cozy and cute, and is located in such convenient place that nature is so accessible. The host is so generous that they got the place the fireplace going before we arrive, and their home-made cookie and quiche is so delicious. we really feel at home in this place and will be back again.

Caz’s Cozy Cabin deserves 50 stars, not just 10. From the moment you arrive you see sleds and snowshoes waiting and a warm glow in the windows from the fire that is already crackling. Cookies are waiting on a long family table and the whole place feels instantly welcoming. Jules truly goes above and beyond. My family with two teens loved snowshoeing at Odell Lake, sledding, riding in Jules’s side-by-side, doing crafts at the wooden dining table, sleeping on cozy flannel sheets, waking up to snow-covered trees, enjoying her homemade quiche, and relaxing with our dog while we watched a family movie at night. You can't get better than this.

The host to cazs cozy cabin went out of their way to make our family Christmas vacation special!! We had sugar cookies and quiches waiting for us upon arrival. They had a fore burning in the wood stove when we arrived. The cabin has so much character, the log cabin is well insulated and we kept warm and comfortable throughout our stay.They really thought of everything and had great communication . We highly recommend this cabin!

This cabin is a gem, we had a wonderful experience. It's well equipped and very comfortable, feels very much like visiting friends or family and staying in a lived in house rather than a rental. Also Julie's owl paintings are fantastic. The location is great for visiting some of the surrounding lakes, we didn't have any snow but I'm sure it's even more enjoyable during the snowy season. Thanks for sharing this wonderful cabin.

Excellent accomodations, clean and well preprared. Everything worked and was up to snuff. Dogs loved the hiking trails. We used this as a base camp for crater lake and local trails. Highly recommended.

Beautiful drive through a gorgeous part of our state. We stayed here on our way to Crater Lake National Park and loved all of the personal touches at this really nice cabin.

It is rare to come across a rental home that has this much character, charm, and thoughtfulness put into it. We were filled with awe and wonder from the first moment we entered. First of all it is perfectly clean and comfortable, but even more than that it truly feels like home. Not to mention all the little touches like homemade treats, toys for young guests, games, lovely handsewn bags available for donation, wood burning stove... it is evident that so much love and care has gone into this rental property. It really is one in a million! We were only sorry that we had booked it for just one night, we could have stayed forever.

We enjoyed this cabin! Loved seeing all the stars at night and the beds were comfy! Would like to come in the winter and try out the wood stove.

From the thoughtfully themed rooms, warm fireplace, and beautiful scenery it was hard to leave. This cabin has everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy yourself; appliances and cookware, games, TV, and more. The porch, themed with dragonflies, is the best way to start and end your day, sitting on the comfy chairs feeling the breeze through the trees. Yes, we'd stay here again and again

The cabin was very cozy and it felt like staying with hospitable family members! We enjoyed the amenities and the kids loved the puppets and games up in the loft! The owners had great communication and thought of everything to make our stay wonderful!

The cabin is absolutely perfect. Beyond it's beauty, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are just right, the living space is comfortable, and the loft is full of fun things to do. We can't say enough nice things about it. Our host, Jules, was even more spectacular. Even before we arrived, she was checking in on us to let us know the cabin was ready, and that there were homemade goodies waiting for us. She and a friend even took us on a mountain bike ride to show us some of the beautiful area. And we really can't say enough nice things about Jules! This lovely, comfortable cabin and our warm, welcoming host made this our most favorite VRBO.of all time.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Caz's cozy cabin. Plenty of room for the boat and great kokanee fishing just minutes away at Odell lake! Make sure you visit nearby Salt Creek Falls!! Easily the coziest, best stocked Vrbo a person could ask for. Julie was so incredibly accommodating and personable. You won’t regret this booking—the reviews are not overhyped. Just do it and then drive 15 minutes and your skiing to your hearts content.

The cabin is warm and inviting with all sorts of snacks and treats that snowboarders and family will love. The hosts checked in with us day before and day of made the check in super easy and made it available extra early for us to check in. Fireplace kept the cabin cozy all weekend. Loved the whole weekend we will definitely be back.

The cabin absolutely lives up to its cozy description! Our stay was great, the cabin was very clean and welcoming, and our kids loved the loft area. We definitely plan to return next ski season and will stay for longer next time!

Comfy, conveniently located, well stocked and appropriately priced. Within walking distant of several restaurants, beautiful views of surrounding mountains just outside - very close to Banff National Park and ski resorts. Canmore is a great town to stay in - away from the hustle and bustle of Banff - would definitely stay here again.

Would give 11 out of 10 stars. Julie is an exceptional host. The cabin is indeed cozy, and has a nice warm rustic feel. We needed a place close to winter recreation and fortunately this was available. Easy to get to. Off of Hwy 58 enough to get just a slight ambiance of noise while sitting outside. Very quiet. Very warm. Roomy. Great amenities. Would stay again.

My cousin and I rented this cabin after 3 days of being out camping in February in the Bend area. It was awesome to have to woodstove to warm up by. The little treats left around were also a nice touch. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I have stayed in 100s of rentals over the years. This one is definitely in my top 3. From the moment that you walk in the door, it feels like home. I felt so relaxed and comfortable right away. I have never seen a better stocked kitchen at any rental I have been to. There was even wine and beer for us to enjoy. It had everything that my kitchen at home has. The wood stove was amazing!! sitting in front of the fire and looking at the snow outside was what my soul needed. It was perfect!! The hosts were amazing. great communication and seem like wonderful people. They have a slice of heaven, and I am so glad they want to share it with others. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Smaller cabin but perfect for a couple or small family. Owners provided lots of snacks and even a home cooked dish to welcome us. Short drive to hiking and other winter activities like snow mobiling/skiing. Will definately stay here again.

Julie was not kidding when she mentioned Cozy! We just loved our stay. It was an awesome experience to feel at home. It was a great experience to share with our dogs too. That isn’t always something that is welcome in rental properties and it made the trip even better. The communication was perfect and so much of the amenities in the cabin and surrounding property kept you busy and It was just so lovely to relax. Plenty of firewood, plenty of fun and games. The kitchen has everything you could need. Thank you again! We will be staying again.

We wanted to surprise our daughter for her 13th birthday with an overnight at a cabin and some skiing at Willamette. It was wonderful as all other reviews mention. Hosts went above and beyond to make our daughters' birthday special; decorations, a homemade cake, and a beautiful gift. A true gem of a cabin and hosts that are pure gold!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay! We chose Caz's Cozy Cabin for it's proximity to Willamette Pass for a 3 day 2 night ski trip. Also, we wanted a place that brought our family together for a fun shared experience. This cabin delivered. We also appreciated small touches like a drying rack for wet snow gear and a boot and glove dryer. Last, the host is amazing. Very responsive and kind.

They had snowshoes for us to borrow which allowed me to makemade a lifelong memory with my boys. The x-country ski trail access was amazing. Jules was very accommodating. The cabin is very accurately described as cozy. More than any rental I've stayed at, Caz's had everything we needed. We could have shown up with nothing but the clothes on our back and been wanting for nothing here making it a great option for an impromptu place to stay with little planning needed.
