A perfect getaway for those looking to be surrounded by the mountains just outside Dubois, WY. Located on Historic Union Pass and next to Shoshone National Forrest, this cabin has everything you and your family need to relax and enjoy the mountains. UTV/Snowmobile and Hike right from the Cabin. Fishing is a short 5 minute ride away.
Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Park is only 50 miles away over scenic Togwotee Pass.
Downstairs has the kitchen and living room with an open concept design. A gas fireplace and custom made dining room table stand out. The full bathroom is downstairs near the kitchen. From the kitchen you walk out onto the large covered porch with outdoor seating and a propane grill. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a half bathroom between them. Master bedroom has a king log bed and futon bed, and the second bedroom has 5 beds consisting of 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, and 3 twin beds. There is a laundry room off the garage with a full size washer and dryer. Garage is heated and has a bar area to hang out at.
Only thing to consider was the distance to town. Otherwise a great cabin. Used for hunting deer.
overall, things were good. The oven was very dirty and there was a greasy, smelly pan inside the oven. I washed it. A couple suggestions: a hair dryer would of been nice for the girls and the kitchen needed a few dish towels to dry dishes.
Quaint cabin in a hilltop meadow, but close to Teton/Yellowstone and the charming town of Dubois. Museums and great dining, especially the cowboy Cafe. Rustic charm, comfy beds, excellent Wi-Fi and a pantry stocked with those items you forgot
Overall very pleased with property, only complaint is with TV reception. No instructions on how streaming works..Possibly caused by Internet not updated or up to speed…Frustrated with lack of instructions since we are used to cable service at home with consistent viewing guides.
Such a beautiful place to stay in a beautiful location.
A beautiful one hour drive to Grand Tetons.
The cabin was beautiful, clean and has all the amenities you need. Location was very quiet with beautiful views. Our kids loved the bunkbed room.
We stayed two nights, although we got in late the first night. Snowmobiled out to Brooks Lake Lodge the next day and had lunch. That night we had a beautiful night of star gazing. Would definitely stay again !!!
We had a lovely, relaxing, and comfortable stay.
Quiet area. Well equipped kitchen. Host responded very quick to a couple questions. Would stay again.
Enjoyed our stay. A little far from the National Parks but enjoyed the stars at night.
Great space!
