Cabin on the river

This property was wonderful! Very clean and a two minute drive to Boyne Mountain. The property/house is much bigger than the pictures make it look - lots of games, books, etc for entertainment. Would stay again!

Everything was perfect maybe some reflectors by the end of the drive to find the house a little easier as it is right off of a busy road. Everything in the house was supplied and very very clean. Had plenty of beds in room for the 10 of us to stay comfortably for a weekend family fun

We had a great visit at the Cabin on the river. It was very quiet and a nice place to rest after a day of enjoying northern Michigan.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The property was very clean and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The kids really enjoyed all the games (ping pong, air hockey, foosball) and the comfortable living spaces. It’s a short walk down to the river and the location worked well for the different places we were visiting during our stay. It is quite close to Rte 131 so the traffic noise was an issue for some in our house and the lack of a door on one bedroom was a surprise but we improvised with a blanket. The decor is varied and fun and it really felt like home away from home for our week.

Nice, spacious cabin feels. Filled with charming decor. Comfortable beds and couches. Plenty of clean linens. Loved all the table games. The kids really enjoyed the enclosed back porch. Stocked kitchen. Everything we could have needed. Perfect for our getaway.!

Was amazing ! Loved the games and the cleanliness of the space

We loved our stay. 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, with every bedroom connected to a bathroom. The rustic cabin decor is well done. Very clean and well stocked. They even had firewood ready for the fire pit. Games for the whole family. Air hockey, ping pong, basketball, shuffle board, pool table. We would definitely come back.

Stayed long weekend. Everything great. Lots of room and clean. Has fire place and outdoor fire pit, two bbq grills. Has plenty of beds and bathrooms. Has two game rooms with plenty to do for the kids.

This was a perfect fit for our family. So many things to do and have fun. Perfect for a large family.

Very spacious and a lot of stuff to do without leaving the property. 110% would recommend. Thanks for the memories. Stockbridge Boys basketball will be back.

The house is very spacious and has multiple games for kids or adults to play. Has a lot of bedrooms and living room areas to hang out. Home is very well located if you're heading to Boyne Mountains as it is about 1 mile down the road. Will be staying here again.

We had an incredible stay at this cozy cabin in the woods near Boyne Mountain! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the peaceful surroundings and the well-maintained property. The cabin was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.The location was perfect- just a short drive to Boyne Mountain for skiing, hiking, and other outdoor adventures. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals for enjoy cozy nights in.The hosts were fantastic—responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back for another visit! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to all the fun Boyne Mountain has to offer.

Booked this home for my husband and family. This was the cleanest home we have ever rented through Vrbo. The location was absolutely perfect. This home was filled with everything to keep everyone busy in a rainy day. My teens enjoyed this so much! Lots of space in this home. Absolutely an amazing experience! Would highly recommend!

There were 14 of us for a family wedding at Castle Farms and we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and 3 full bathrooms! We cooked on the grill, enjoyed movies with the kids, the air conditioning was quiet and keep us all cool, everything was clean and very comfortable beds! Lovely

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and clean home. Plenty of rooms with comfortable beds. Short distance to many fun attractions. A garage filled with Games galore… kept us happy and busy for hours.

We were extremely pleased with our accommodations at the Cabin on the River. Plenty of room for our extended family to sleep, eat and entertain themselves. The cleanliness was outstanding! The Owner anticipated every need we might have as guests, along with being informative and super accommodating with our requests/questions. We were delighted with the surprise box of delicious chocolates we found at our check-in! Highly recommend and hope to return someday.

Party of 10 stayed . There was plenty of room . The house is right off the highway but secluded. Watch for the mailbox you can't really see the house , both vehicles in our group passed it : ) We all enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this property !
