Cabin Getaway w/ Game Room Near Rainbow Lake!

Very private with just traffic noise. Pet area was convenient.

Beautiful property and excellent location !

We enjoyed our getaway to cooler temperatures from Tucson. If you are into birding, we found 25 species right from the back deck. If you are going for solitude there is a lot of car noise right next to the house. We were able to tune it out because we loved the environment. My wife and dog enjoyed fishing from the dock....mostly caught catfish. For an awesome Ponderosa Pine hike we suggest going to Woodland Lake park just 3 miles away. The house was nice and clean, but not sure why the cameras on the deck are needed when guests are renting.

The house was beautiful! Just as described online and shown in pictures. The location is perfect for fishing, right on the water and the little dock is right in the backyard. My kids had so much fun! The house is dog friendly and the porch is enclosed so that was a major plus. Luckily the house is close to all the stores you need, we did have to go the first night to get some basic cleaning supplies and toiletries. We did have to wash blankets the first day- sheets were questionably clean but the comforters on top and in closets were not. Also, check in was rough, we were locked out and we're unable to get a hold of the manager Mira. Evolve was very helpful though and helped us to get in After a while. Although our trip started out rough the house/trip overall was a wonderful, peaceful paradise would recommend.

The house is exactly as it appears in the picture. It was easy to find, and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. We had trouble using the key pad but were able to contact the property manager to access the house key (in a lock box) which we had to use for our entire stay. Otherwise we had no issues. The setup was perfect for our family of four and very close to Rainbow lake where we were able to rent boats and canoes for a really great time on the water. The house has two beautiful decks overlooking water. It's close to a busy road, but there was not too much noise and, because the house is at the end, there were no neighbors on the other side so it felt very private. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay. The cabin was fully stocked and packed a wonderful surprise of two amazing patios with lake views. The place also was in a gated community so it felt secure, but also had an easy walk over to Rainbow Lake. Everywhere we went was short of 10 mins away. Thank you to the host for the provided snacks and dvd selection. The gameroom was also a huge bonus for the kids. My recommendations, watch your step on the slope/ramp into the house (was a tad slippery).

The home was perfect for us, two couples, one child, one little dog. The patio was our favorite hangout. The guys loved to go fishing right at property. Also, the main lake was walking distance and great for kayaking. The layout of the house is perfect for a family get together. The playroom was great for our 13 year old grandson. Lots of games and videos available for additional entertainment.

Beautiful comfortable home for our short stay, had a few issues in the beginning with outdoor porches not getting cleaned all the way but they resolved the issue promptly

Home was clean and as described

This was our family trip for my birthday. The boys enjoyed the game room and everyone spent time relaxing on both decks overlooking the water. The beds were very comfortable, but for us, the modern furniture in the living room was not. Maybe just a matter of our taste/ preference. The location seemed to be centered for the shopping in ShowLow and those in Pinetop so I found it easy to get around. We love the Pinetop area so would definitely consider staying again.

Loved sitting on back patio enjoying view of waterway and reading. Cool mountain air.

Loved the location and used both the wonderful decks daily. Everything was clean. Just needs a few things for long term stays, more hand towels for the bathroom s, bath mats, and only had one little kitchen towel. Also more drinking glasses.

Nice house, great location, close to everything.

We had an amazing time, my grandson truly enjoyed catch and release catfishing for several hours each day. The set up was perfect, each grandchild had their own room and two bathrooms perfect. My husband and I enjoyed having the main suite separated from the other rooms in the home. Plenty of room and two decks allowed everyone enough space. We did not use the game room. Horseback trail rides at Porter Mountain Stables a huge bonus find, we all enjoyed. The traffic noise did not impact our rating we were prepared from previous reviews. From our perspective the fishing steps from the property outweighs. We also knew about pet friendly, but expected cleaning practices to better address, we are non-pet owners. Pots, pans, storage containers and serving bowls could use updating, but we were able to make this work. My husband loves to cook, so this area is an important area for him. All in all an amazing trip, this would have been a 5 rating, however cleanliness brought the rating down. If we had a need to rent in this area we would rent this property again.
