Cabin 3Mi from Fraser/ 10mins to WP skiing, W/D, Garage, Hot Tub

Hot tub was wonderful! Very helpful and detailed directions and instructions.

2nd time renting this cabin, we enjoyed it both times, even got a little snow this time. Hot tub was great, plenty of firewood to enjoy the fireplace. Only reason I gave 4 stars on cleanliness was because when we went to have coffee, every coffee cup had coffee rings in it, unfortunately. Other than that it was a great stay. Highly recommend.

This cabin was perfect for our girls birthday weekend getaway! We cooked some meals at the cabin, watched movies and enjoyed the hottub.

Nice cabin in a quiet area. Perfect to relax and unwind but also close enough to all the things to see and do in the area. The host Becky is easily accessible and attentive to any issues or problems. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

We spent the 4th of July weekend at this cabin. Perfect location to lots of hiking trails, day trips to winter park and grand lake. It was quiet, surrounded by trees. Easy check in and great communication with the host. Would stay again!

The Good: Clean carpets, functional appliances, comfortable living room couches, very nice clean bathroom (though low water pressure), good windows, blissfully quiet and dark at night.The Okay: Kitchen was okay, stocked with all the necessary items. Watch out for the part of the fireplace mantel that sticks out into the walkway.The Bad: The beds in both bedrooms were seriously uncomfortable. In the bedroom next to the garage, the mattress was hard and lumpy. We then moved to the other room for the second night hoping to get a better night's sleep only to discover that the mattress there was creaky and sloped into the middle. Both beds had 100% polyester sheets which were non-breathable and unpleasant. We slept badly both nights.The drip coffee maker was dirty inside and needed to be wiped down/washed before use. Several of the mugs in the kitchen still had coffee rings inside.The deck and the hot tub (which we didn't use) overlook the entrance road to the property and there was a large plastic covered storage shed just on the other side of that road which rather spoiled the feeling of being in a picturesque location.

Great Colorado mountain vibe, very quiet, relaxing and amazing night sky viewing from the hot tub!! Looking forward to a return visit!

We had a great weekend at the cabin. Location is perfect for our family of 4. Conveniently located near Winter Park, it was the perfect place to stay. Enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and the hot tub under the stars after a great ski day.

House was perfect for the two of us after skiing all day.

Great little cabin and close to nearby towns. The hot tub was definitely an added plus.

My friend and I are from the foothills and always love spending time in the mountains, so we decided to take a spur of the moment, last minute weekend get say and couldn’t have been more happy with this cabin!

Perfect location for those wanting to be close to nearby towns, yet have a secluded cabin all to themselves. Enjoyed the privacy and rustic vibe to come home to each evening. Garage and hot tub use were nice perks with the stay.

We stayed at the cabin for four nights over the 4th of July weekend. The cabin is exactly as described. The location was great with hiking nearby and only 40 minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park. We loved sitting out on the deck and enjoying our breakfast each day, as well as sitting out in the hot tub under the stars each night.

It was a cozy little cabin just far enough away from the town and plenty close enough to places of interest. We enjoyed our stay.
