This property was very cozy and comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend stay and will be back!
This property is a log cabin located in shady woods overlooking beautiful Rend Lake. We watched boats being put in and pulled out of the public boat launch all morning. The beds are comfortable, the AC is cold, has the sparse amenities you’ll need. It may not be luxury but it has everything you need to enjoy yourself. We loved sitting on the front porch in the morning with our coffee and listening to the squirrels jump from tree to tree. A great place to find and experience relaxation.
Stayed for nice weekend, had everything we might need.
I had amazing time with my friends. Good place for fishing!!

Wonderful stay!
It was all great
Celebrated my brothers 70 birthday in style. Love Buck cabin. Great location.
We generally stay over here every year it’s our favorite place to come and stay.
Was hot fishing cabin was very nice
Only good for fishers cause cabin shares a lot With boat ramp parking lot
We loved the location for our fishing vacation. The beds, however, were very poor quality and sleeping was torture. There weren’t enough places for people to sit to watch tv unless they wanted to sit in the basically folding chairs at the folding “kitchen” table. The place was absolutely stifling when we arrived as someone had not turned on the “a/c” for the house and due to how it is cooled it took the entire night for it to finally get cooled down enough to be tolerable. Overall, we had a really nice experience except for the lack of sleep and comfort for the family. The bottom bunk of the bunk beds did come apart once as the slats are very thinly fitted in and if someone turns over too abruptly or not carefully the mattress falls to the floor with the person on it! NOT SAFE!. The top has a piece of plywood that prevents that and I would recommend adding that to the bottom bunk as well for safety. Thank you for allowing us to stay and we will definitely try out one of the other newer cabins in the future
