Bright, modern home with shaded porch, AC & on-site golf, pool, beach access

There is something wrong with the washer/dryer. It took 6 hours to do 1 load of laundry.

This is the cutest casita in the beautiful community of Palmilla. The house has everything you need for your stay and it is higher quality (beds, sheets, finishes). The location is great with a quick walk to the pool and beach but also private so very quiet at night. Parking is easy and reservations details are easy to use. Hosts are great and we definitely recommend this casita. We can’t wait to go back!

We had an overall nice time during this stay. The layout of this property worked great for us with young children with the living/kitchen area on the ground level and both bedrooms upstairs. The bunk bed room was thoughtfully appointed with a wood doll house, train set, balance beam, kids table, and a variety of sweet children’s books which provided us loads of great bedtime reading and play during our stay. The Palmilla Resort property is also fairly nice with two pools and close proximity to the beach which works well for our family needs. That being said, the property could use some TLC as we noticed a few breaking/broken items such as the front to the microwave beginning to fall off, a broken bedside outlet in the primary bedroom, and a towel hook in the bathroom beginning to come off the wall. In addition, cleanliness could be improved. There was dust in all the air vents as well as kids room ceiling fan so we were unable to use the fan. The kids rug also looks like it could use a good wash. The sofa had what appeared to be water stains on it and the living room rug had what appeared to be crumbs from previous occupants and possibly white pet hair which would all be difficult to clean due to the rug material. Red’s patio had great dinner and drink options for us. However, the coffee truck at Palmilla was understaffed and out of stock of many food items which made for a long and hot coffee run one morning which we didn’t attempt again during our stay.

For a family with young children this property has loads of potential and is a great layout as the primary living and kitchen space is downstairs with bedrooms upstairs. The bunk bedroom room is thoughtfully appointed with toys and books for children and our kids loved it. Palmilla is also a family-friendly community with pools and easy beach access. The photos online look fantastic but there are some cleaning improvements and home maintenance tweaks that can be made to bring this property up to standards I would expect. All in all we had a nice a stay but feel the property needs a refresh to provide a polished environment for travelers seeking a “resort style” stay in Port A

Our whole experience was top notch, from check-in to the seamless check out process. I highly recommend this property.

We loved the peace and quiet and location. But we suggest you check in early and inspect the condo before you accept it.

This how was great for a family get away, the resort and beach were amazing. Pack bug spray, the mosquitoes were really bad- they would swarm around the porch/ door. Overall the house was very comfortable and the location was great for both pools.

Booked At Ease for two nights to take my sister fishing. This was the perfect size and fit for the two of us to spend quality time together. Clean, well appointed and convenient. I would rent At Ease again!
